This is the picture that I posted on Yelp that "And still projects" bid on. 15' round hole dug at lowest level of yard, compacted dirt, and pavers flush with the fresh hole for $600. Elaina, came out to measure and argued with me as to where the pool would fit. Somehow when I said 15' round she got confused. After that meeting I sent her pictures showing her the pool would not fit but she was persistent that it should go there. Based on her suggestion, I paid $150 to have the overhead tree trimmed and physically moved existing stones and patio furniture. When Elaina showed up and the pool wouldn't fit we had to move it and all of a sudden my bill increased by $300. Once the project started my tools were used, additional hardware was left on my fence along with the concrete that was supposed to be used for the pole. The reason for the additional hardware is because they did not have a schematic to lay out the shade sails. This caused extra labor and additional money out of my pocket. After the hole was dug and I asked when the crew would level it with a tamper, the owner Luiz said that, a tamper wouldn't do the job that I wanted and suggested a dirt compactor machine. He wanted me to drive to Home Depot with him so I went along, but was not expecting to have to pay for the equipment. During the trip to Home Depot, Luiz had very personal questions and I received a series of inappropriate texts from Luiz calling me bonita, asking me to dinner and saying that he would help me at any way he could. I asked for ASP to provide a solution for the work that was not completed and for my out of pocket expenses and they did not respond. Once I put a formal plan of action together in writing, I did get a call from Luiz. He was upset when I asked to be compensated for paying for the compactor and said I owed him for the extra time it took to use the compactor. It is ironic that Luiz was willing to help me when he thought I was going to dinner with him and then when I cancelled he was angry and defiant. read more
