For several years now, we have killed them with kindness because that's who we are and we feel for the staff and the amount of people that they deal with daily and I'm just over it. Between the passive aggressive smirk on his face, talk down to you Kyle and the lack of willingness to assist you in getting your package, I'm just so over being extra polite and trying to be a ray of sunshine in their day. Numerous times, we have had notifications via email in our USPS Informed Digest letting us know a package was there that day... followed up by tracking the package and sometimes even a text notification that it's there. Excited to pick up whatever it is that's been ordered and then no slip in the box, we head to the counter and nope, now they're not willing to look into it or they just haven't managed to get around to packages yet, at 3:00pm! Wait another day... same thing. This specific instance, day three and according to USPS tracking, it's been sitting at our post office for three days and they still won't put a slip in my box to pick it up, nor assist in finding my package.
