I called as the website indicated for "customer service" with the number indicated on their website. I have the tracking number indicating this large package had been delivered. It was not picked up by myself. The line was L-O-N-G the day I first inquired about my package and was told it had already been picked up. I waited my turn...for that response. So I called to again ask it my large package with the TRACKING NUMBER to match it on any boxes is still there because I never received it. The younger sounding male voice immediately told me that .... "...the line is really L-O-N-G and I don't have time to go look for it. You could just fill out some missing paperwork and....I'll call you back." This kid didn't ask for my phone number!! What a complete joke!!
