The next year same thing. Ak Septic showed my husband visually and put it in writing what they saw that it looked like previous service people just did a 15-20 minute skim of the water the top layer and not done a full service or cleaning this trap? that need to also be cleaned to not cause a clog. They said looked not a full clean in 4-5 years that it would of taken 10 people living in the place for one year to create that situation which there was not. They showed in depth my husband what they saw and what they were doing to make sure we knew what being addressed. He stayed 4 times as long as the other agencies. INCOMPETANT CROOKS!…read more I hired Bolinder Excavation to put in my septic tank and drain field. When he first set the tank he did not check the legal distance between the neighbor's well and my septic. When burying the first tank, mid-job it had to be dug up and moved to meet the acceptable setback requirements. Bolinder charged me several thousand dollars for the first setting of the tank as well as having to move it (due to his error). A few years later, I sold my property with a full price offer. However, the sale failed because my septic was now on state land. When he reset the tank, Bolinder failed to check my property lines. When I called him to explain his mistake, he told me that he was not responsible for having putting the septic on state land and not my property. To add insult to injury, he gave me an estimate (to dig up the tank and septic system and to move them) and his bid was twice as much as a competing septic company. I think you all should know that if you are using Bolinger to install your septic system, you better be out there watching them with a plot map in hand. I had Newman's Hilltop Services come in and fix the issue. Newman was very quick and very fair. He did an absolutely wonderful job. I would never use anyone but Newman in this area.
