The salesman, lied about the true worth of the vehicles and always tell you, ..." check auto fax" they are clean , dont be taking for a full. Zero stars. ZERO. Shame on you, Toni, for putting our daughter in an unsafe vehicle. I wish I had checked reviews first. Absolutely awful. Paid $7,000 for a car for my daughter that he said was in good shape. Put $7,000 into it to have it repaired. $4,500 worth of brake work alone. Contacted Toni and he was a total ass about it. I'd say make sure you get the car inspected before you buy, but you're better off just avoiding these guys all together. Not sure how they sleep at night. read more

I recently purchased a Jeep Commander (2010) I have no complaints since my purchase in February. Jesse and Toni are helpful when I have questions about the vehicle, my friend is a mechanic and he did a complete lookover and did not find anything wrong. So, I have no complaints and am happy with service, Jesse and Toni have been quite helpful with my inquiries and even offered to fix any minor things for free, I would just have to bring it in. read more

Back in November when I was hastily shopping for a used car I found this place. Should never have bought a car from Toni... We ended up paying twice the cost of the car to repair it. I can't even explain how much emotional stress this purchase has caused me. When I think about this guy I am pissed off. When confronted, Toni said I had engine problems because I wasn't using the right grade of gas. He knew this car had severe issues and took advantage of me and my family! I continue to discover cool new "features" on my car such as when it recently started "awakening" in the middle of the night, engine running and flashing its lights, when I don't even have an auto start remote to this car. This happens in the most causal manner. Freaky. The Tony who runs the auto shop right across the street warned me about buying from him, said he rips people off, and that they used to work together. I thought that was weird and unattractive for either of their businesses. Super shady experience and I will not cross this side of town... Triggering. read more

STAY FAR AWAY. Bought a car off them that they continue to swear has no accident history - BS! Bent frame, evidence of a shattered windshield, headlight socket "creatively" wired, cracked exhaust manifold....the issues just keep coming. Won't answer any calls or texts, of course. In fact, they wouldn't even respond to texts so I could pay off the car just to get the title from them and get them out of my life forever - had to drive 3 hours to them to make a payment since they wouldn't return phone calls so I could make one by phone! Do not buy a vehicle from these guys!!! I test drove a 2009 Pontiac vibe, and the car seemed to run well except for a check engine light, traction control, and a couple others warning annunciators. I told them no thanks, but Toni called me back a couple hours later and informed me that a sensor was just disconnected, and it was fine. I test drove it again and it seemed fine; the lights were extinguished. A day after purchasing the car, the lights came back on. After purchasing the vehicle their tone changed completely from helpful, to acting like it was my fault and my problem, which it has become. It also took weeks of prying and calling to get the title, which was not clearly advertised as rebuilt. Fast forward about 4000 miles and those lights were the precursor of a multitude of problems: overheating, running rough, limiting of power, and finally the vehicle not even starting. I have had sensors and shorts found and replaced, along with all four ignition coils, a water pump, and now it has a blown head gasket and I'm trying to decide if it's worth putting another couple thousand in it. I paid $6,000 (just over blue book) for the car. It needed a new set of summer tires, so I also got studs (together another grand). So far I have paid $1,600 to the auto shop to try and keep it running. They have now told me that they suspect the engine was swapped after it was totaled, and they don't think it's worth putting another couple thousand into for a blown head gasket. I've put almost $9,000 into a car that hasn't ever been reliable and now I'm stuck with either putting thousands more in, or cutting my losses. On top of all of this I've been using Uber every time I commute to anchorage for work, several times a month for almost 3 months now. I've since contacted Anchorage auto Mart, and after threatening to write them an honest negative review, they offered to have their shop rate for replacement of the head gasket. This was the best I could do, so I agreed to this reasonable offer. I was told by Jessie that he would pick up my car from the shop and have their's do the work. After a week and nobody picking up the vehicle, the only way I could get a response was to threaten poor reviews again. My calls were ignored and I couldn't get any promise of my vehicle being repaired. I needed my vehicle and didn't trust them or their mechanics at all, so I'm now paying the other shop to do the work. These guys blatantly lied to me in order to get a car off their lot. They apparently buy totaled vehicles at auction, complete bandaid repairs, and sell them as if they are reliable. This was the worst purchase of my life, and the most shady business I have ever had the regret of being involved with. Their idea of customer service is pushing a sale, and then ignoring you afterwards. This business is full of con artists and should be shut down. Jed D. read more

Absolutely do not buy from this lot! lots and I mean lots of issues found after being told vehicle was in excellent shape with no known issues, and was considering keeping it for himself it was so good, just a broken tail light, hmm ok Tony it's been wrecked twice, rear ended and then wrecked again in the front, then half assed back together in every way, like it was repaired at the cheapest back yard shop in town with 0 quality control, ok so yeah it's probably my fault for being so dumb and trusting him from a distance, How ever you cut it, he is as dishonest as they come. anything will be said to make the sale. Then to make things worse Tony will put it all on his father and act like he has nothing to gain he's just a salesman, I'm not buying that either. That just makes both of them deceptive. Either way I would highly consider looking elsewhere for a vehicle. there's plenty of reviews and google searches about their bad business practices. read more
