I have to give a shout out to Samir. This man basically runs the building. He has gone above and beyond for me twice. First by staying very late to make sure I got my keys when I moved here from out of state, and just now when my dumb self locked myself out of my apartment. He came by at 6AM to drop off my spare keys. He's a very kind person, and this building is beautiful. I've been treated great by Hunter Properties and Samir. Lord, I had to pee in the alley lol... that's Chicago for you, but he got me through it, and I sincerely appreciate all the kindness he has shown me. Great, quiet property, with helpful management.

Mayra DeLeon is unprofessional: she only will return a call or email if money is coming or if you'll be renting. In general, when you see a Hunter listing on craigslist there are typically no photos. Why is this? This is the extent of my experience so I won't invent in order to make a longer review.

During the application process she was responsive and helpful in guiding me through the application, and the apartment I landed with checked all my boxes while being at the lower end of my budget. Would highly recommend working with Cathleen!

Andrea Vallejo is the best luxury broker in Chicago…read more I reached out to Gold Coast Realty -- an amazing resource for browsing available and verified properties in the Chicago region in itself -- and Andrea contacted me that day. She demonstrated world-class customer service and professionalism throughout our experience working with Gold Coast Realty, including: 1. Rapid response time to me, along with lightening speed outreach to the landlords of homes in which we were interested. 2. Daily sets of homes according to our preferences, immediately as they appeared on the market, or as they had price reductions. She also provided insight into when we could expect the frequency of available homes to start increasing, based on our move date. 3. Thoughtful consideration of our feedback about likes/dislikes of toured properties to help focus our search. 4. Valuable, Chicago-native-level insight about the pros and cons of neighborhoods in Chicago, with consideration of our preferences. 5. Flexibility as we changed the main neighborhoods we were looking in. 6. Quick, efficient communication and process when it came time to apply and sign our lease. Andrea is the utmost professional, but also very personable and relatable. It is evident that she loves the Chicago region and has a natural talent for helping folks find their dream neighborhood AND home. Thank you for all you've done for us, Andrea! Of course, the most important evidence of her work: we quickly found our dream home and couldn't be happier with our experience finding it. I highly recommend working with Andrea Vallejo and using Gold Coast Realty to help you find your next neighborhood and home!

In response to Patrick K and his negative review. I am the buyer. While I agree there are…read moredisadvantages to having a broker who represents both seller and buyer, Tara did a fantastic job of navigating what are very common (and challenging) issues in today's real estate market. The issue was that the appraisal on the property came in well below the asking price and the seller was not willing to, as we ALL have to, accept the state of the market. Both buyer and seller were emotionally invested and Tara was in the middle. It is not her fault that I found the property independently, and it is not her fault that the seller accepted my original offer, and the market dictated a different outcome. You can't control that, or the Lenders who would not at any level approve a loan for more than the appraisal (which, by the way, Tara went through great lengths to have the appraisal modified). TARA IS A GREAT BROKER. I WILL USE HER AGAIN. I GIVE THE SELLER ONE STAR for being greedy. Tara ended up with nearly no commission, maybe a loss, to push through the closing DO NOT JUDGE on a rating based on GREED. Thank you Tara. You did a fantastic job.
