Maybe if you weren't such an incompetent worker/manger (I really don't care about your meaningless title) you would've reached out to me and confirm that, yes i did schedule a move out of my unit online and you would've finished it correctly on your end. Don't ever try to put the blame on the customer when it's 100% your fault for being unhelpful from the start. -100/10 stars. Save your money and go to a different storage lot. The lot is crushed concrete but is well taken care of in the terms of the land being very level. Hardly any low spots and a good drainage from what we could notice. Our trailer looked as good bringing it home 2 weeks ago, as it did when we said goodbye for the winter. They have a dumping station and water so that we could blow out trailer before bring it home- how convenient is that. The automatic sliding security gate requires you to punch in your code to enter and to exit the premises. The price is the best in town, of the 7 places we called. My husband and I feel very confident with this storage company.
