They are attentive, easy to communicate with, quick to answer and any questions or concerns, and have been consistent with their services, and willingness to go the extra mile in making sure all of grandpa's needs are met. On Friday, March 6th, I received a follow-up call from Corinne, and I sincerely apologized to her as I was at the hospital saying my goodbyes as the patient felt like they were about to passaway that day, and Corinne told me "well this is your final follow-up. If we don't have the forms by Monday, 3/9, you'll have to find another provider. I WAS ONLY DELAYED BY 5 BUSINESS DAYS?! No empathy whatsoever from a care service. I'm happy to look elsewhere if that's how you treat people needing help.
