Dr. Nanra over saw my care while I was there and said if anything comes up come and see us. I decided to take him up on his offer today when I woke up to some questionable symptoms. They had me in and out within an hour (unheard of for urgent care as busy as them, especially with them also being a primary care clinic.) the clinic is clean, the staff is friendly and they are very on top of it. The doctor listened to my history and what led up to today and took all of that into consideration with his treatment options. I will definitely be returning here for my urgent care needs. I'm happy that I have the option to go here if anything urgent arises and know that they care about their patients. Thank you golden state!!!

I can't believe it took me over 4 years to write this review. I am reviewing this place based on…read morethe way I was treated as an Intern. I was doing my intern as a Medical Office Specialist about 4 years ago. I chose this place for the convenience of my short drive to Gustine. I did not know any of the staff members who worked here, but as I walked in, I recognized several from the High School I went. I felt a relief, thinking it would be fun to work with people I am familiar with. BUT I was so wrong. I was NEVER properly introduced to the manager and was never taught how to professionally do anything in the office. I felt like they took advantage of me, as they would put me in the back room to scan paperwork into a computer. I once answered the phone (just how the receptionist answered "Horisons Unlimited ...") and on the other end was the coordinator of that office, who was absolutely rude herself and told me "that's not how you answer the phone, you should say "__" ..don't remember what she said to be honest. Front desk ladies would sometimes work as medical assistants, which by law is not correct. THE ONLY NICE STAFF MEMBERS who treated me with respect and kindness were Prisma, Cynthia, and Vanessa. I left this place feeling disappointing in the career I had chosen, thinking they would all be the same. But luckily, I currently work for a Physical therapy office as front desk receptionist, now this place knows how to treat employees the right way, and train in a proper way. I love my job! Thank you Horisons, for making me want to train an intern the right way, and not the way you "trained" me.
