I showed up ON TIME for my appointment, only to stand there waiting while the staff casually talked and laughed instead of doing their jobs. Patients were clearly not a priority. When someone finally decided to acknowledge me, I was falsely told I was 15 minutes late which was completely inaccurate. I corrected them, and instead of checking their system or taking any responsibility, they doubled down and sarcastically asked if it had been 10 minutes, then outright refused to see me. It's unbelievable how disorganized and dismissive this place is. There was zero accountability, zero urgency, and absolutely no respect for my time. I did everything right and was still treated like I didn't matter. This level of incompetence and attitude is unacceptable for any business, let alone a healthcare provider. Honestly, this clinic's practices are so concerning that they should be audited by the state. Patients deserve better than this level of care and treatment. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this clinic unless you want to be treated with the same level of disregard.

Her personality is quite mellow but don't be fooled by this. She's calm and relaxed but is often able to discern with laser pinpoint precision what exactly is wrong and how to help our children within minutes! Another great thing is that she isn't one of those rotten doctor's offices that quadruple books a 15 minute time slot to make money but make you and your kids suffer for three hours in a room full of sick kids. Every pediatrician has done this in the area. Again, she is a professional and provides a professional environment. She even has a special section for infants so they can be shielded from the sick bigger kids. Dr. Asadi is the best!

When she got back on the line she knew nothing about WC injuries as she couldn't understand what a "CT" injury is. I proceeded to inquire on their available providers. She placed me on hold and transferred me to their coordinator. Coordinator picked up the line, advised the reason for my call and she had the nerve to say they're not accepting injuries older than 6 months. Advised her mine is less than 6 months old and she said they're not accepting new patients at all. Asked her why I wasn't just told that from the beginning (because I knew they were trying to BS me at this point) and the coordinator said they're a small practice and won't accept my "horrible attitude". Crazy because for being a small practice you'd think they'd actually have customer service. Some food for thought for this white trash hole- maybe you should treat others the with the same attitude you want to be treated, and maybe try getting a receptionist who knows about what your office has to offer so that someone doesn't have to dumb it down for her??? Wished I read the previous reviews before I even wasted my time calling this stupidity of a clinic. Call literally only lasted 6 minutes LOL
