First one of the assistants answered some questions for me as if she knew me. When going to get my physical done, they ask the patient many questions. This assistant was like " do you sleep 8 hrs a day?... You do right?... I put yes to this question witch is very dumb that they make us ask you guys because its very obvious that you do..." she kept doing that for a few questions. I did not like that, she was not professional at all!! Another time I went to go get checked and I felt super uncomfortable. As I was getting checked I was explaining to the doctor how I had been feeling and my symptoms and the whole time she kept looking at me with a disgusted face. She started to smile and giggle as well. She acted super immature and not professional. I would think going to a Woman to get checked would help me feel more comfortable than with a guy doctor, but no I was wrong. After that day I decided not to go to camerana health anymore I gave them way too many chances. Another time I went for something, and they told me "We do no know what you have we tried giving you different medicines were not sure" They did not even try to figure it out. They did not bother sending me to get any exams done, CT scans, or MRI. The scheduling system is very unorganized, appointments get mixed up, rescheduled, or handled inefficiently, which creates unnecessary stress. Another major issue is the lack of consistency with doctors. Whenever there is a good doctor who actually listens and provides quality care, they don't stay long and end up leaving. This constant turnover makes it difficult to build trust or maintain continuity of care.
