Fairly early in the call it was apparent that Nazareth House was out of our budget, but Leah Cota (who I believe works in admissions) spent almost an hour on the phone with me. She was a supportive ear and she shared a wealth of information to help us find a community that would be within our means. Her kindness made me extra sad that we couldn't send our folks there, but her knowledge pointed us to a home that we think will be perfect for them.
