They hire anyone to make a quick profit without considering the safety of their workers. Instead of ensuring that homes are safe and comfortable, they send you to filthy houses filled with unsafe conditions. They bring in about ten new employees every week, yet we are still short-staffed because people leave quickly due to the poor conditions. I highly recommend looking for work elsewhere, as I guarantee you'll leave this job sooner than you think. If you decide to apply, do so at your own risk. The only positive is the weekly pay; however, the downside is that you'll receive very few hours--maybe 2 to 4 hours a day for three days a week. It's a joke--you can't live off this job!

She scheduled us with an associate for the following day at 2pm. Fast forward to the next day and 5 min away from our appointment, we get a call to let us know they can't make the appointment. They didn't try to call or reschedule the appointment with us. When asked if they can have someone else come out or reschedule, her response was that they are at capacity. So in knowing they were fully booked, they waited to the last minute to call us with no regards to our time that we had to take off from work and our daily lives. Talk about unprofessional!! I hope they treat their patients better than this!!! I will NEVER refer anyone and will also tell the hospital staff about this issue.

I was…read moregreeted quickly as I walked in, first by the very friendly Luna, adorable and energetic puppy that will hopefully be the facility pet, and then by actual facility staff. The marketing director gave me a tour of one of the wings and showed both shared and private rooms. The shared rooms are very nicely laid out so it doesn't feel like too much of a shared room, there's definitely privacy for both sides. Another cool thing is they have their own heating/cooling unit, so no arguing about the temperature! There is an on site beauty salon and lots of areas for residents to spend their time. The administrator and owner of the business were also there at the time and seemed very polite and professional and welcomed me in. While there were no residents moved into this community yet, I feel that the current staff has such a positive attitude that it will carry into the care team as well, and the residents of this community will be in good hands.

Krista there was very helpful and gave me so much information that I didn't even know about. My mom has been in the facility since July of this year. The staff there is amazing! I feel like it is a family atmosphere. They give my mom so much care and are very observant of her needs. My mom had to be admitted to the hospital and they were sure to keep in touch with me inquiring how my mom was doing. The care they showed was much appreciated.
