Words to describe this company are HORRIBLE, unprofessional, untrustworthy and incompetent. They built our house and the houses in the neighborhood. When I first moved in multiple neighbors would introduce themselves and the first question was always, "Do you have any problems with your home?" To list a few issues with the home, they forgot to install a dryer vent, the basement has water running into it, the bulkhead doors leak, circuit breakers trip, we had numerous gas leaks when we moved in (stove, fireplace, gas meter) which they sent a carpenter to fix, overflow switch on attic furnace/air handler (w/ central A/C) was never hooked up, mold below shower on living room ceiling and the list goes on.
Never use Joe Vieira for anything. He will lie to your face convincingly with a smile on his. He should not have a contractor's license. read more
