The problem I have had with this place is the poor customer service. After five years, thousands of dollars, and being a loyal customer, I was "let go" and cancelled from returning to this grooming studio. The owner cited "differences in scheduling needs" as the reason for dropping me after so long. This place books several months out in advance and my dog was getting a haircut every six weeks on the dot, no exceptions. If you need flexibility in scheduling this is not the place for you. Loyal customers don't mean much to this studio. Getting dropped after over five years was shocking and upsetting for me, and unfair to my dog. Also, they don't comply with requests for haircuts, they just do what they want. I asked for him to be shaved short at the beginning of the summer since he swims and it gets knotted easily. After paying and returning to get my dog, I found him unshaved and still fluffy. They simply just did what they wanted and not what I paid for. Do not recommend.

My puppy literally ran into their arms and was very happy to be there. I called and checked in a few times and he was doing great and getting along great with the other dogs. When I picked him up when we got home, 10 days later... he was freshly groomed, nails cut short, smelled excellent with a little bandanna on...when we got him home we noticed he is completely a changed dog. Before dropping him off he was very hyper, chewed up everything and just wasn't listening great...now that he's home he's just behaving excellently. He's the Dog we always knew he could be and I owe that greatly to the structure and love that Barks n bubbles provided.
