My experience here with my pup Loki was amazing. We dropped him off on November 17 because we unexpectedly weren't able to take him on our family trip to Arizona for Thanksgiving. My puppy literally ran into their arms and was very happy to be there. I called and checked in a few times and he was doing great and getting along great with the other dogs. When I picked him up when we got home, 10 days later... he was freshly groomed, nails cut short, smelled excellent with a little bandanna on...when we got him home we noticed he is completely a changed dog. Before dropping him off he was very hyper, chewed up everything and just wasn't listening great...now that he's home he's just behaving excellently. He's the Dog we always knew he could be and I owe that greatly to the structure and love that Barks n bubbles provided. This will be where we take him if we ever need to board him again, and will definitely be bringing him here for grooming. Don't hesitate to bring your pup here they are so amazing! read more

To follow up on my wife's prior review I would not recommend Bark N Bubbles if you value assurance that your dog is being cared for and reasonable communication if something bad happens to your dog. Worst of all, we trusted B&B and we're sold on the fact when choosing this kennel that our dog would have a fun time and most importantly not be neglected. Sadly we later found out our dog was deliberately isolated and alone for 4 days straight days after we picked him up and only told to us during our back and forth phone conversations of why our dog had a gash on his face and was sick with kennel cough of which they never bother to tell us during his stay or when I picked him up. To me trust broken when you couldn't identify or be bothered to notice a gash on my dogs face within 4 days of his stay or have the decency to tell me about it considering thats what I'm paying for. Ultimately my hope is people read this and avoid the terrible experience our dog had to suffer and that B&B realizes they need to clean up how they run things and start properly communicate with there customers when needed. read more

For the past 3 years I have boarded our black lab, Jackson, at Bark N Bubbles. We compared several places, and what drew us here was the expectation of pictures and updates uploaded daily (the pool was also a big bonus for our lab that loves to swim) We had always picked up Jackson with the understanding we were to receive our dog just as healthy and happy as the day we dropped him off. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. My husband dropped my dog off on Sunday morning 07/15, there was a little confusion regarding the reservation and I was grateful they were able to fit him in their facility for the days we needed. While on vacation, we anxiously checked Bark N Bubbles' facebook page a few times a day, searching for a picture of our dog. While it was disappointing there were no updates or images and I did send an e-mail requesting one, we ultimately looked past it thinking they must have been busy and that everything was fine. After all, the pictures were a bonus. My husband went in to pick Jackson up on Thursday afternoon (I had to leave our vacation for 1 day to go into work and the plan was to drop Jackson back at Bark N Bubbles on Friday, we just really wanted him back with us for the 1 day we were back in town) When picking him up my husband observed a rather large cut on the side of his face at which point he asked the staff how this cut happened. When questioned, the two girls at the front replied they had never noticed the cut before and it must have "just happened." This was alarming, and I called later that night (hoping to receive a different response) but received the same statement, they had no idea how or when he injured himself and it must have again... "just happened" that day. The next morning the plan was to bring Jackson back to Bark N Bubbles and rejoin our family on vacation, however at 7am I woke up to a cough coming from Jackson that can only be described as either a frog or an antique car horn. It was alarming and like nothing I had ever heard before. I looked it up and all signs pointed to kennel cough, which Jackson had been vaccinated for. We cancelled the remainder of our trip and brought Jackson into the vet right away. The vet then confirmed Jackson did in fact contract Kennel Cough despite his vaccination and that there was no way the gash on his face "just happened" they advised it was at least three days old. So not only did I not receive any communication in regards to the kennel cough going around the facility, but also did not receive any information regarding the injury to my dog. Did they just not look at him the entire time? My usually happy, healthy, energetic dog now looked sick and sad. I called Bark N Bubbles yet again to tell them Jackson had Kennel Cough.. and instead of being answered with empathy or concern for the other dogs in their care they simply said "OK". I understand they don't require the Bortadella vaccination at Bark N Bubbles, but shouldn't they be concerned for the health of their other dogs? I feel all owners should be informed if a virus is going around their boarding facility. I was understandably very upset, and I sent an e-mail similar to the review I am writing now. Today I spoke with the owner, who was defensive instead of apologetic. She said the girls who worked for her told her Jackson arrived there with the gash on his face! When I told her that was untrue, she stated she "believes her employees" I couldn't believe what I was hearing, especially when they told us when questioned it "just happened that day" Also, why would my husband ask them about the cut or why would I call that night if it was pre existing?! The owner did not believe the information I had relayed her from the vet and requested the vet's contact information - which I happily provided. Who would lie about this? The owner also advised my dog was secluded for the majority of his stay there because they had a note he was aggressive with male dogs. Something I had never heard before! Why was I not told this?! When my husband picked him up and questioned how he behaved, the staff just replied with "good". He is there with the expectation of him socializing with other dogs and if he was acting aggressively I absolutely understand the need to separate him - but I also feel like communication is required Ideally, I'd love a refund for the days our dog was boarded or even a reimbursement for the medical expenses paid, but I can't let this go without a review. It's extremely hard to trust anyone to care for your pet, and the worst part of this isn't the wound or the infection it's that the owner and employees seem completely unconcerned. I don't know what has happened to Bark N Bubbles but it is clear their quality of care has drastically declined and I will never bring our dog back here and I suggest you do the same. read more

Picked up our pup yesterday from a week long stay. She was well cared-for and happy while we were away. - & we knew because we were getting daily reports and pictures through BNB's Facebook posts! I am not going to be able to say enough about the level of service Kelly (the owner) and her top notch staff provide. Dogs and owners are all treated well! Most notably, Kelly saw that my 9 year old daughter was very uneasy about the idea of boarding our dog. Kelly was very compassionate and I am grateful for her kindness towards my little girl. She even gave my daughter a business card, told her it was the 'hotline' and that she could call any time and the girls at the desk would know who she was and would go check on our pet for her. Such a nice gesture that immediately put my daughter at ease. Pets and owners get the same high level of service: the dogs are never left unattended as there is a staff member who's sole responsibility it is to monitor the dogs at all times. (I was impressed she knew every dog by name... you can tell she loves what she does and is in and around the pens with them all day.) Additionally, someone is on site 24/7. All the staff I encountered were respectful, enthusiastic, caring and very obviously dog lovers. Dogs are appropriately grouped by size when they are outdoors - which, in the nice weather, is nearly all day. Security cameras are on site and you can see the monitors in the main office when you arrive. Each dog has access to lots of clean water, lots of shade outdoors and a private, air conditioned pen at night. Kelly has good credentials (you can read this on the BNB site) and as a result, she's used her years of experience to create a unique experience for pets and owners alike. This was the first time boarding our dog anywhere - I was incredibly impressed and couldn't have asked for a better experience. They claim they treat your dogs as their own, and I have to agree that's true! Bark N Bubbles offers quality care for your dog and I wouldn't hesitate sending my dog there again or recommending to friends. read more

We love Bark N Bubbles! Our dog Hudson attended daycare here for three years. We recently moved to Boston and are heartbroken to leave. Seriously: leaving Bark N Bubbles was the hardest part about our move! Our dog was always well taken care of and loved by the staff. He dragged us in every morning, excited for his day, and always came home tired and well-exercised. Additionally, their individualized attention to each dog was really great. We received weekly "report cards". Our dog was prone to hotspots, and they made sure to keep an eye out for them and dry him off well. They would also clean him off if he got too dirty playing with his dog buddies. Additionally, being in healthcare, my husband and I have difficult work schedules, but they had flexible hours and were always able to board him overnight, even last minute. Their facility has a convenient location and their huge outdoor space and pool is amazing! Onsite grooming was a plus! We can't say enough great things about them! read more

I've been bringing my dog here for 6 years. It was good when it was Dogma but since Kelly took over and it became Bark N Bubbles, it is outstanding. It's clean, very well managed, and there's plenty of room for the dogs to play. Now that my dog is older and has had some health issues, I have no doubt the team watches over my girl as much as I would. You will not find a more caring, knowledgeable, and fun staff anywhere. read more
