I hired ASF Clean Team for gutter cleaning and repairs. The service agreement included cleaning the…read moreentire gutter system and flushing/testing the gutters and downspouts. After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.

We figured out that in addition to a gutter cleaning (it had been 15 years!), the gutter was put on incorrectly, and he was able to correct the angle so that water would drain into the downspout and not waterfall over the end of the gutter. We even decided to throw in a window cleaning since the bid was so reasonable, and what a difference!. Osnaider cleaned up everything after the work, and we are definitely going to recommend him to all our friends!

Exceptional Service from Junior!…read more We recently moved into a new home and discovered the downspout for the gutter was completely missing, a small issue that could've turned into a big headache. We found Junior in Yelp with highly recommended, and now I understand why. From the moment we reached out, he was responsive, honest, and incredibly professional. He assessed the situation quickly, explained the fix clearly, and had the replacement installed in no time. No upselling, no delays, just straightforward, quality work. Junior kept it simple and fair. His pricing was reasonable, and his workmanship was top-notch. If you're looking for someone reliable who treats your home like his own, Junior is your guy. We'll definitely be calling him again for our new gutter system soon Thanks again Junior for your service.

This company installed a new roof on my condo building a few years before I bought my unit. Not…read morelong after I moved in, we developed a leak, and they came right back out to investigate. They were incredibly thorough. They ran multiple flood tests and found nothing wrong with the roof itself. Follow-up spray tests traced the leak to where the roof meets the siding. The siding had been replaced by a different contractor after the roof went in, and that connection wasn't done the way the roofers had recommended, yet they still ended up replacing almost the entire roof under warranty. I honestly can't think of many roofers who would do that. Most would have pointed to the siding and moved on. They worked closely with a siding contractor I brought in to fix it, and the two of them problem-solved together really well until the issue was fully resolved. These guys do great work, show up on time, and keep showing up until the job is done. I couldn't recommend them more, and I'll be using them for all future roofing work in the city.

The tricky thing is…read morethat I have a slate roof which really shouldn't be walked on and Steve really stood out bc he was the only one who said he can get a boom lift to get to the roof so he wont have to walk on it. Everyone else pretty much said, we'll try to be careful but cant guarantee anything which wasn't comforting to hear. True to his word, he and his associate Ebe never walked on the roof and managed to use the boom lift to do the entire installation. They actually had to upgrade the boom lift from a 40 ft to a 65 ft in the middle of the project but Steve still honored the original contract price. As if that wasn't enough, we also had some old leaks on the roof that Steve was kind enough to help us with while he was up there. Its been a great experience working with Steve and honestly so refreshing to see such a good guy in the trade. I loved that at the end he said "those are our gutters now (ie mine and his) and we will be here if anything happens to them" - he truly takes ownership and pride for his craftsmanship.

Huge thanks to Carol at Sunshine Gutters and Roofing!…read more We had a leaking skylight that was originally installed by another company, and we were preparing for an expensive repair. We received quotes ranging from $1,500 to $4,000 from other roofers and assumed we'd be paying out of pocket. Instead of trying to sell us a repair, Carol suggested we contact Velux directly, as she thought the skylight might still be under warranty. She was absolutely right. Velux confirmed that the skylight is covered and will inspect and repair it under warranty. Carol's honesty, knowledge, and willingness to point us in the right direction saved us thousands of dollars. It's rare to find a company that puts the customer's best interests ahead of making a sale. We are incredibly grateful for her advice and professionalism. If you're looking for a trustworthy roofing company, I highly recommend Sunshine Gutters and Roofing. Thank you again, Carol!

The service itself was fine and the pricing was fair enough hence the 2 stars…read more However, as one other recent reviewer also flagged, the billing and invoice payment experience was so negative it motivated me to write this review. Our estimator gave me incorrect information in developing our contract, telling me our downspouts including the downspout attachments that went underground, would be fully cleaned out during our service. When they did not clean the downspout attachments, they told me they don't do underground attachments even though the estimator told me this was included in our pricing. I paid the majority of our bill, leaving about $230 balance while I disputed the unfinished work. Eight months ago, I sent an email that was never responded to and never heard from the company again. Then yesterday when their legal department called me out of the blue to threaten to send me to collections over the unpaid balance. I replied immediately to explain the situation and their response was to say if the balance wasn't paid by the end of the day it would be sent to collections. They alleged they had called and emailed about the outstanding invoice (they hadn't - I went through my emails, spam and my phone and found no evidence of any attempts on their end to contact me). I was shocked that they took such an aggressive, threatening approach to a customer who a) they dropped the ball with and b) who was actively in good faith trying to resolve the dispute immediately once they brought it to my attention. We had a misunderstanding about the scope of work - I would have appreciated some acknowledgement or apology on their end vs. them dropping the ball completely then coming back out of nowhere to threaten me with collections. Just not a good way to do business and I am left with a very sour taste from dealing with the legal threats.

He responded to my initial request for an estimate within 24 hours, communicated clearly throughout the process, and arrived exactly when he said he would. What stood out most was Mike's commitment to doing the job correctly. On the day of installation, he had his materials ready when he noticed flaws in them. Rather than trying to make them work or moving forward with substandard materials, he stopped, contacted me, explained the situation, and ordered new materials. That decision demonstrated his honesty, integrity, and dedication to quality. Mike's time management, work ethic, and attention to detail were excellent. He completed the project as proposed and never cut corners. He even went above and beyond by patching a large hole left behind by roofers who had previously removed the gutter from my garage wall and failed to repair the damage. Mike provides everything you hope for when hiring a contractor: excellent communication, professionalism, honesty, quality workmanship, and a genuine commitment to doing things right. His proposal was thorough, his pricing was fair, and the entire experience was exceptional.
