Whatever you do, do not use Grand for any reason. If I could give zero stars I would. Back in…read moreFebruary, I signed to rent a dance floor and tent from them for my wedding in July. Communication was off from the start - Brenna often didn't reply to my emails unless I called in or followed up. I was very clear from the start that we may end up canceling the tent if the weather looks good (knowing we would still have to probably pay the full cost anyways). It was always a backup plan incase rain was in the forecast. Brenna reassured my planner and I that this was fine and the delivery fees listed were worst case scenario. A week before the wedding, Brenna casually mentions that the dancefloor is unable to be put outside because of venue specific reasons. I confirmed with the venue back in February that a dancefloor could in fact be put outside, so I'm not sure why Brenna did not think so. A lot of back and forth later and they finally agree to the following: 1. Dancefloor can be put up outside without the tent covering it if there is no rain in the forecast 2. We can call on the Friday before the wedding to cancel the tent if the forecast looks good. So that Friday comes and the forecast looks good, so my planned decides to call them up to cancel the tent setup. However, they decided to setup both the tent and dance floor on Friday morning without notifying either of us. When we call to insist they need to come and take the tent down, they basically say it's not their problem and they can't send a crew out until Tuesday. They also start saying they won't allow their dancefloor to be uncovered because there's a small chance of rain Sunday morning. Not once do they apologize or admit there was a miscommunication on their end, instead Jill threatens to cancel our contract entirely and tear down everything because I was understandably frustrated on the phone with her. Again, this was a day before my wedding. More back and forth with Jill before she finally agrees to send someone to take the tent down and schedules a crew to take the dance floor down on Saturday night - although it was going to cost us $500 extra. $500 extra just for the original services we wanted back in February!! As I told Jill on the phone, I have no clue how they are still in business if this is how disorganized operations are. Absolutely ridiculous.

The lift periodically struggled to swing left/right at times so I called the shop and they had both Andy and Curt out to check on its operation on consecutive days. Rather doubtful I could've gotten such quick, personable attention from any of the larger chains. I've worked in commercial/industrial building construction for 35+ years and getting an equipment mechanic on site to service their leased equipment/machinery is often a hit or miss ordeal. We could not be happier with them one bit! I hate professional posed photos, love photo booths and we were having a carnival themed wedding. So having a photo booth was on the top of my wedding wish list. After looking at a lot of places we chose atomic because they looked to be the best value. What we also got was terrific service. Booking the booth was super easy and we were able to get everything set up with a couple phone calls, sending the contracts over email, and even paying through paypal. The day of the wedding they arrived early, set up quickly, and were ready to go immediately after the ceremony. The guys were awesome with our guests. They had great ideas for group pictures, and helped to make sure as many guests as possible got into the booth so no one was left out. Our guests could not stop talking about how much they loved the photo booth. Even months later they are still talking about it. The pictures themselves are good quality. We paid to have a digital copy of the pictures sent to us. They arrived on a flash drive quickly after our wedding and atomic even threw in an online photo gallery for free. I highly recommend these guys for any party you are throwing. Thanks so much you helped make our wedding great!

Also, all our guests LOVED that it was an actual robot. People are still talking about how much fun it was. Leading up to the wedding - the owner was really kind, responsive, & patient. Everything from start to finish was so easy! During the wedding - the operator assigned to our event was really cool. There were so many drunk people who didn't know what they were doing, but he handled them with grace and courtesy. I was very impressed with his professionalism. After the wedding - the standard time on his contract is 2 weeks, but we got ours in less time than that. The photos - ours turned out great. The lighting was a tiny bit overblown, but for photo booth photos - they were the best I've ever seen! There were a few favorite props everyone gravitated towards, but they had a great variety of props there. Everyone looked like they had such a blast. What's nice is that they not only give you the composited picture, they give you all the full-size pictures of the 3 pictures that made the composited picture. I'm super happy with the people, product, and service I received. If I ever throw another massive party, I'll definitely be using them again!
