I requested a quote right on Yelp and after several responses from a number of companies, I decided on Gissel. It was closest to the location I needed, has good reviews, and the price was fairly affordable. Leading up to the actual day of the cleaning, the owner was very responsive and answered all questions I had. The two women who completed the job for me were nice, professional, arrived on time, and very thorough. I forgot to take before and after photos (whoops), but the results were amazing. They deep cleaned the kitchen and bathroom, and everything was spotless. They did a seriously amazing job and left no area untouched! Highly highly recommend Gissel if you're looking for deep cleaning services. I'd definitely book with them again!

I did ask that they remove some paint and clean the stairs which they did do a good job. However the windows which there were many just got wiped over, all the panes still had spots and were smeared and you could see where they had wiped with a cloth. When I showed them they said they would clean them. All they were doing was spot cleaning what I had to point out, instead of cleaning the whole pane. All of the panes needed to be cleaned individually. I got so upset on how they were trying to fix it I just gave them there money knowing that was the best I was going to get.

I recently moved and im disabled, not only did Elisabeth do my move out clean, but she has been coming to my new house to clean, unpack, organize and overall make my house a home. Her work ethic is unmatched, her skills are unparalleled and her friendly personality is a blessing when you are overwhelmed and unable to do a lot of housekeeping chores yourself. Her hourly rate is reasonable especially considering her deep cleans include inside cupboards, walls, windows and the always difficult cleaning of blinds! I cannot praise her enough! You'd be a fool to sleep on her cleaning services!

Did not clean the floors + poor accountability and communication…read more I hired this company through my property manager, and I acknowledge that adding a 3rd party impacts communication. I live out-of-state and hired this company to do a deep clean prior to selling my house. It had already been cleaned- but I was looking for a really thorough job so my home would look nice for potential buyers. I was disappointed to hear from the person I hired to oversee the home sale that the kitchen and dining floors were filthy and sticky to walk across. He was the last person to in the house before the cleaners came and the first one in after they had left. This was one day before the house went on the market, and I couldn't find any cleaners available day-of. My sister finally agreed to drive down and mop it- she FaceTimed me to show me how dirty it was. I understand that mistakes and oversights happen. I'm writing this review because when I asked for a discount due to missing the floors, the person who responded was rude and intractable. She put the burden of proof on me, without being willing to check on their end, and suggested that other contractors had made the floor dirty. I understand that this is their policy. But the fact is that this was the biggest financial move of my life, and my floor was filthy the day before the home sale- after paying them $245 to clean it. She also informed me it was my responsibility to contact them if something was missed. But with so much on the line and a day before the sale, I wasn't going to hire the company who did a bad job. I worked with a lot of companies to put my house on the market- this one was one of the more disappointing.

I can happily say this was our best experience yet! Professional, kind and wonderful at what they do. They expected to only spend 3 hours cleaning our entire home, but it ended up being a lot longer for them because it was the first time doing a deep clean. They didn't rush out of the house or leave anything untouched. I was super impressed with their work and we will happily be using them consistently for future cleanings.
