Our guests absolutely loved how unique the space was. With a guest count of 200, we felt that the reception hall was perfectly fitted; not too big and not too cramped either. 200 was too big to fit inside the ceremony hall, which was our one and only complaint. But, guests who sat outside mostly said their view was okay/clear. *Lily was a superstar. She truly took care of us and was on top of everything. Numerous guests noted that this was the most organized and well-running wedding they had ever been to, which was all due to Lily running the show. I would recommend having Lily as your coordinator 1000x over. *Bang for your buck. This was the first venue we toured, and after hearing the price and what was included there was absolutely question in our mind to book it. I was getting the same quote for ~80-100 guests that I did for 200 here. It was priceless being able to include as many guests while not having to compromise on other factors because they were all included in our package. We also LOVED the grooms suite. So many times the groom is left in the dust but this space was perfect and the guys really enjoyed it. The entire team, Rose and her son, our waitstaff, DJ Larry, and Lily were truly amazing to work with. We would choose the vintage rose for any of our future events!

The night went so smoothly (they went above and beyond by improvising a tie breaker for our shoe game with a twist, wrapping our tossing bouquet in flower tape last-minute, and letting us borrow items like a card box and dessert stands/cutlery. Our 6-week coordinator Jamie was an absolute superstar in helping us iron out those last little details, and she was a total sweetheart in all our meetings and text exchanges (she even sent us pictures she took at our wedding a few days later via text). I wish this wasn't the case, but my experience was so frustrating that I feel compelled to share. I booked BeDazzle back in January for my May wedding. The process was smooth, and I was relieved to have rentals locked in early. The issues began two days before the wedding when the delivery truck arrived at my parents' house (we had a backyard wedding). As they unloaded, I noticed they brought 4 rectangular tables and 1 round table--the exact opposite of what I ordered (4 round, 1 rectangular). We let the drivers know, and they admitted the mix-up, saying they'd return with the correct items later. Annoying, but mistakes happen. While unloading chairs, they had them stacked so high that they toppled into the street. Since they were white chairs, I was concerned about visible damage. Then I noticed that several of the silver charger plates were cracked or broken. Thankfully, we had enough extras, but it made us nervous that other items might also be damaged--and we didn't want to get blamed for any of it. If it had ended there, I would've chalked it up to a bad delivery but no major harm. But things got worse. Later that day, they came back with the correct tables, unloaded, and left. Shortly after, our neighbors came over to let us know the BeDazzle truck had hit and knocked down their mailbox while backing out. Worse still, the neighbors overheard the drivers talking about it afterward--they clearly knew, but left without telling us. I called BeDazzle immediately, and they said they'd handle it with the HOA, so I dropped it. Then, two days after the wedding, on Monday morning, I was just arriving at our honeymoon hotel when I got texts from BeDazzle saying they were at my parents' house for pickup. This made no sense--I was told they'd come on Tuesday, and that's when my parents were expecting them and had everything scheduled. No one was home on Monday, and nothing was ready for pickup. I called, very frustrated, especially given the multiple problems we'd already had. The woman I spoke with said, "Sometimes we drop by early if we're in the area," as if that justified showing up unannounced. It was incredibly unprofessional. I explained everything that had gone wrong, trying to give context to my frustration. Instead of any apology or understanding, she was pretty apathetic, and even insinuated the drivers might not have hit the mailbox because she "couldn't understand how that could've happened." I was stunned. No ownership, no accountability, just attitude. Then when I got back from the honeymoon, my parents told me that on Tuesday morning, my dad called BeDazzle to confirm their 1 PM pickup window--he had plans and wanted to be ready. They confirmed it. But then at 10:30 AM, less than an hour after he called, the drivers showed up for pickup. Luckily he was home, but again--just another example of their complete disregard for communication or timing. Bottom line: My wedding went beautifully despite these issues, and the rentals themselves were fine. But the service was awful. From wrong deliveries to damaged items, poor handling, a hit-and-run mailbox incident, and total disorganization, the entire experience felt like a bad joke. The worst part? Not once did they offer a sincere apology or a gesture of goodwill--even a small refund on the $95 delivery fee would've made a difference. Instead, I was met with excuses, gaslighting, and zero empathy. Please, if you're considering BeDazzle--look elsewhere. You deserve better on your big day.

But just a few hours later, Lisa called me back with the most incredible news -- her team was willing to create custom costumes for Pinocchio and the Blue Fairy just for my daughter's party! I was beyond excited -- truly over the moon. Lisa handled everything with such care, attention, and professionalism. She went above and beyond -- even attending the party herself to make sure everything ran smoothly. That level of dedication is rare and so appreciated.
