Literally don't understand what happened or why they refused customers since the rooms were empty, no one else was present and they were open during business hours. The new location has "Sedona vibes" with its calming and Sedona desert-like decor. There are eight rooms (4 therapy rooms, 2 aesthetician/ therapy rooms, 2 sauna rooms (male and female) and a quiet room to relax either after or before your treatment. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that while working on my back, she tried to squeeze a small cyst I have. That was completely inappropriate and unexpected.
