The new location has "Sedona vibes" with its calming and Sedona desert-like decor. There are eight rooms (4 therapy rooms, 2 aesthetician/ therapy rooms, 2 sauna rooms (male and female) and a quiet room to relax either after or before your treatment. Most of the time it felt like she was just lightly rubbing her hands over my body rather than applying any real pressure or technique. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that while working on my back, she tried to squeeze a small cyst I have. That was completely inappropriate and unexpected. I have never had a massage therapist touch or attempt to squeeze a cyst before, and it made me very uncomfortable. I went in hoping to relax and relieve tension, but I left feeling frustrated and uneasy instead. I've had many massages before, and this was by far one of the worst experiences.
