Bouquet that was delivered was rediculous compared to what was shown, and actually came from a Safeway store. It was a total ripoff, there were exorbitant service fees that did not show up until the payment page of the app. I complained and was told someone would reach out to me and never heard another word. I will NEVER use this company again. read more

I needed a sympathy bouquet quickly and Amy's delivered! A gorgeous bouquet was delivered within a few hours! Their website is very easy to order from and they had a great selection of floral options and add-ons. I highly recommend them and will definitely order from them in the future! read more

This place is the best! I've received flowers from them in the past and they've always been fresh and beautiful. This time I was the one placing an order. I needed one more lei for a graduation and it was pretty last minute. Initially they didn't have any extra but Cindy went way out of her way to find my number and to let me know they had a few extras coming in. She made my day! Honestly, the flowers are amazing and the lei is beautiful but it was Cindy's service that made this experience incredible. read more

5 stars for Belinda and her team at Amy's Flowers. They provided a beautiful arrangement for my grandfather's celebration of life. I received a call the week of the event and Belinda walked me through all the details around the arrangement even so far as looking into a chinese style ribbon with chinese characters wrapped onto the arrangement. Though we didn't go with that option, I was greatly appreciative of the effort. Highly suggest for anyone looking for a nice arrangement to use Amy's Flowers services. Just received a beautiful flower arrangement we had ordered from Belinda, the owner of Amy's Flowers. It was very important that I took this moment to recognize the amazing customer service I received. Belinda went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the flower arrangement of choice to celebrate a 35th employment anniversary for our boss / owner along with a very cute plant. Such a breathe of fresh air. Sadly that's not something found often these days. I am extremely happy and impressed with the service we received. She went above and beyond... Thank you! read more

Bad customer service and no communication. I requested a refund and never received my refund after learning I was unable to pickup my flower order on Saturday when they gave me the option to do so. Their website allows you to choose a time range of 3:30pm-6pm for order pickup on Saturday, however, they close at 3pm on Saturdays. They did not reply to my voicemail and did not reply to my email regarding this discrepancy. Examples attached of their website scheduling error. read more

GREAT customer service! My receiver wasn't home and instead of leaving the delivery they called me to ask what I would like to do. The flowers looked really pretty, although, it looked smaller in comparison to their sample photo online. Otherwise, overall good and will order from again Delivery fee is VERY reasonable. I say that because another florist in Sparks was going to charge me $25 which I find exorbitant. Any delivery fee more than $12-13 is just ridiculous in my opinion. read more

Update: Amy's refunded my money for Valentines flowers as promised. I will try them again in the future.

I unfortunately had an experience where I was under the impression that I'd be getting a bouquet that looked similar to the one I referenced in their display case. I paid 50 plus for them and booked it 2 weeks in advance for pick up. I've done their delivery service before and it's great! When I went to pick these flowers there was discussion about different flowers being in the bouquet and they weren't. On top of that it was in the wrong size when I picked it up and I told them, they fixed it. For some carnations and tiny lilies with greenery without the other flowers we discussed, I'm a little upset because I could have went to Trader Joe's, bought them, and put them in a nicer vase. I take blame because I should have had it in writing and took photos for documentation purposes and made it a bigger deal with how I felt, but I was on my lunch and in a hurry. They are a nice company and do great on selling their products but the execution was not what I was expecting. Next time I'll do it myself. read more

Ordered an "Exquisite Standing Spray - Deluxe" for my brother-in-law's funeral. I had placed the order online and afterwards, called to have a ribbon with my family's name on and paid for it. The spray was delivered in a timely manner to the correct location. I was disappointed when I saw the spray for a number of reasons. First, the stand was obviously quite short, especially in comparison to sprays ordered by other families from a different florist. Second, the spray was not as full as the picture on the website. Third, the ribbon with my family's name was so thin that you couldn't even read it, again, especially in comparison to the ribbons on the other sprays - if you notice, those ribbons were wider with larger letters, making the letters more prominent and easier to read. Needless to say, I am not ordering from this florist again and wouldn't recommend them. ***Originally gave this florist 2 stars, but changed it to 1 star because of the shop's response to my review. While the response CONFIRMED that the shop fulfilled the order, it did not set forth any reason that would persuade me to change my mind. In fact, as mentioned above, the response caused me to change from 2 stars to 1. I've worked for businesses that use services such as the one through which I ordered, and customers who ordered through such a service weren't treated any different from others. The whole point of using such a service is to attract new customers with the goal of having them as RETURN customers. But I guess with this shop, they want you to go to a REAL florist and not use the same service that they signed up with. ??? Non-sensical, but okay...I guess.??? In addition, how do you fix an issue when you don't see the flower arrangement until it is delivered on the day of the funeral? That is a time that the grieving family is very busy and to have to deal with a disappointing flower arrangement is not exactly a priority. read more

Thank you so much, Amy's Flowers team, for taking such great care with our last-minute online order. What a smooth, easy, and friendly process. I put in an order for flowers late on the 23rd for delivery on Christmas Eve. There were so many options at a variety of prices, and the website was really easy to navigate. I was worried something would go wrong, given it's such a busy time of the year, and I always wonder when I place an order online if it'll reach the intended person at a place of business. Because there turned out to be a problem with my online payment, they called me and my partner's phones first thing in the morning (very friendly and polite and professional) to get payment and proceed with the order. Our loved one had their delivery in-hand by 3pm today! It looked great, and the note was there too. After this experience, we will be sure to use Amy's for our future deliveries to this family member. Thank you, Amy's team; merry Christmas and happy holidays! read more

Amy's Flowers - Upgraded Home for the Holidays bouquet - Florists Near Me - Sparks, Nevada

I have lived in sparks since 1996 and today was the first time i set foot in this store. Located off baring blvd across from reed high school, this little local flower shop packs a punch. They have ev r rything and anything you would need for an occasion that requires flowers. I stopped in to purchase a funeral arrangement, and they could not have been more helpful. They were not pushy, but helpful and guided me through the whole process. It is easy to order flowers on line, and it will be probably cheaper, but when you buy at a local shop it helps support the local economy and the people working there stay busy, which means job security. Enough about buy local, guys Valentine's day is coming up and this store was already well stocked with beautiful flowers, arrangements and plants. This definitely will be my go to spot when i get myself in the doghouse(Which happens every once in awhile ). read more

Every year I order a Christmas center piece for my Dad & his wife and every year I call Amy's Flowers! My Dad just sent me a picture and they did a wonderful job! That is why I call them, I live out of state and do not trust to call any 800#s. This way I can speak directly with the florist and they will do exactly as I ordered. We used Amy's flowers for my grandmas departure and they seemed to be spot on with everything. When they were recommended for a family members wedding, the story dramatically changes. I am the one that got married and I told my wedding planner to go through them. My wedding planner told me after the wedding of the treatment that was given. The florist used dead and or dying flowers, the treatment of wedding planner and florist was near nothing (due to the incompetence of the florist), the decaying flowers were over priced, what was ordered was not delivered, and they were late on delivery of everything. When you spend over 2 thousand dollars on flowers you expect some decency of some sort. My father even recommended these jokers. I WILL NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone. I should have went with my first choice to begin with. read more

Awesome florist. I've used Amy's a few times and it now warrants a review. I live out of state serving on Active Duty in the Army. Valentine's Day and birthdays are special days for my daughter. They accommodated my requests as she's a high school student. Very considerate and professional staff. They even followed up with a phone call to confirm my request and delivery was made. I know they do a great job everyday, but they sure made me feel they consider these day as a big deal as I do. Keep up the great service...flowers are beautiful too. read more

Anna, owner of Amy's flowers, contacted me with an apology for the two arrangements that had been sent to my mom. Because Amy's Flowers does not deliver to my mom's town, she forwarded the order to another shop. Anna was very nice and was also embarrassed of the arrangement as it does not reflect the quality of her work. Had I known my order would be placed with an alternate shop (Flowers by Mario), I would've chosen to do something else with my money. She did offer to have the florist retrieve the flowers and re-do the work, but I declined. They didn't get it right the first two times, I didn't want my parents being bothered with trying to fix things with try #3. At the end of the day, I absolutely did not get what I paid ($100) for. Make sure to confirm that the arrangement you're paying for is indeed coming from Amy's Flowers directly. It looks like she does really nice work. read more

I called Amy's Flowers and Gifts on 10/18. I spoke with Heaven, but the owner, Glenda was in the background, responding to many of my questions the entire conversation because Heaven was not sure and responded with these words when I asked her questions about what type/color of flowers they had available because I was ordering a floral arrangement for a man. On two occassions when I inquired about a specific flower she placed me on hold while she checked their inventory. I checked my phone log. We had a 25 minute conversation to place my order. I ordered a floral arrangement and a gourmet fruit basket for my son. I paid for a specific floral design. I requested 6 red roses, based on the photo of the floral arrangment my son sent to me, it looks like there was 2 or 3 red roses and several white roses! I did not request white roese. I requested no ribbon or bow be included with the floral arrangement. There was a lace white ribbon and a grayish blue ribbon tied in a bow around the rim of the vase. I requested a green astroemaria flower along with statice. Statice was used but not the astroemaria. I did not request baby's-breath in fact I told Heaven no baby's-breath. I paid $119.99 plus tax for the floral arrangement and $121.99 plus tax for the gourmet fruit basket. I received 4 photots of the fruit basket but no photos of the floral arrangement. I thought that was odd. Now I know why. When I order floral arrangements I always contact a local florist in the city where the flowers will be delivered, rather than rely on FTD or some other mass florist. I am very disappointed. read more

I called Amy's Flowers on Saturday, 9/04 of the Labor Day weekend. A family member had passed away, and found out that day. I was looking for a florist in Sparks or surrounding area to send a small silk arrangement, as an acknowledgement, I was refered to Amy's because another florist wouldn't accept the order because they were closing for the holiday. Amy's accepted the order, made a special arrangement, and delivered that Saturday. It was just the perfect arrangement and I appreciated their effort. I haven't used Amy's flowers in a few yeas because I moved back to California about 5 years ago and this is the first time I wasn't able to make it up for my best friends birthday. I know she had to work today so I thought I would send her flowers to her work. So I called them, had a few questions that I couldn't get answered online. I talked to a gentleman names Frank he was awesome. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. She just got her flowers and she loves me. She sent me the picture of them and the are absolutely beautiful, I am jealous that I don't get to see them in person. Thank you Anna from Amy's Flowers, you guys went above and beyond for the floral arrangements for my father's funeral. Originally Amy's Flowers was to deliver the arrangements to my mother's home on Saturday because they were not open on a Sunday. But Anna called me and was concerned about the flowers being delicate and did not like the idea of the flowers moving around in the back of a car. So Amy's Flowers arranged for them to be delivered on Sunday, the day of my father's viewing and made sure the flowers were there on time. What a relief it was when I saw the flowers and how gorgeous they were. I kept looking at the flowers during the service, and they helped me get through it.
