No hidden fees, no hourly minimums, no travel costs - just a flat rate based on the items I needed to move. The guys showed promptly at 8am Friday morning and had everything loaded up and ready to go by 8:45. They arrived at my new house before I did and were already unloading the truck when I got there. I've tried following up several times for approximately 2 months since I made the claim with no response. $1400 tv was damaged and I will be seeking legal restitution as this company has refused to honor their service. We were supposed to be out of our house by 6:00-7:00p.m. Movers were at our house until 11:00p.m. The did not have enough people for our move. Move to our new home was the same experience. Four bedroom three bath home but only one person living in it so there had to be some concessions made, and the pricing could not just reflect the square footage Michael was in charge of our move as we ended up choosing them to complete the task. They were not the cheapest nor were the most expensive.. they arrived promptly at 8:30 as promised with three gentlemen to do the move. All supplies were included we had several delicate items, including some very large screen TVs, some large decorator mirrors. And then abundance of other items, more traditional, like your refrigerator, freezer and washer and dryer. They were very nice and very easy to work with. They were very respectful. We had somewhat of a situation going on and they worked through it with us. They worked consistently for about 5 1/2 hours which included a flat fee service charge and then an hourly rate for three men After they loaded everything that needed to go to climate controlled storage, they also loaded a flatbed trailer to go to personal storage and then drove the moving truck to the storage units we had chosen in Cedar Park. I thought they did an amazing job and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!! When I went to talk to the storage people and obtain the key and lock, they commented on how nice the moving men that came were and how hard they worked to get everything in that 10 x 10 storage space. It barely fit I'm not sure how they did it, but I was so relieved . I'm so sorry. I don't remember all three gentlemen's names, but they were all fantastic. They worked well together, combining teams to do the wrapping and padding of delicate items. My sister moved in Austin, Tx from one apartment to another and wow the moving guys Armon and James were awesome! They were efficient and super nice! You could tell they had a system that worked quickly that literally gave the company's name a run for its money! I really appreciated all their help packing and unloading all items and accommodating our needs. If you need a company that not only does their job but is also friendly give them a call it makes moving actually a pleasant task!
