I owe Dr Vasquez my quality of life, after seeing other doctors who told me my pain was all my imagination Dr Vasquez believed me and sent me to a specialist and found I had a ruptured disc in my neck and with time i could have become paralyzed. He is true to his profession, sometimes you may have to wait a little longer than you would like because he is busy but he listens to you and truly is concern to give you the best he can. So far on this occasion I have called 3 times and have been unable to get my medication refilled. The front office and nurses do not communicate with each other and Dr. Vasquez seems like he does not care at all about his patients. They make me come in every three months to get a refill on my meds but all they do every time is have a 5 minute appointment with me where they check my vitals. They charge over 150 for these appointments and make me wait 1-2 hours each time I go in. PLEASE FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR DO NOT GO HERE.

You are a name and not number with a paycheck. Mr Macias knows his patient and follows them closely and ensures while health is addressed. The front desk staff and echo technician were all very polite and helpful. They have handicap parking right up front and had automatic opening doors which is very helpful with my mom being in a wheelchair. They have health classes here sometimes, and had a dedicated room for them. The space has an assisted living facility feel, especially in the nice waiting area. The clinic was nicely decorated for Christmas. While I still have my issues with the general Health Texas call system, this clinic offered a pleasant in-person experience.
