Dr. Ortiz Saved another trip to the emergency room or something worse. I would take a good doctor even if it meant having to deal with some issues with the staff, it might just be uncomfortable to be in that position if you are in need of efficient staff. Like some of the other reviews caution, you will spend a good amount of time in the waiting room.  I told myself that this was because Dr. Wiesenthal really takes her time with each patient.  I looked forward to my time with the attentive doctor. My time with the attentive doctor went like this: Me: Describes a symptom I am experiencing. Her: Hands me a business card referring me to another doctor. Me: Describes a symptom I am experiencing. Her: Hands me a business card referring me to another doctor Over. And over.   I left with 6 business cards, no discussion on what might be going on with me,  no clarification or insight into my symptoms,  disappointment, and a ton of questions.  One thing that Dr. Weisenthal did offer to me was a printout of the manifestation of one of my symptoms. But she never gave it to me. As I was checking out, she walked out of the back room and I said "Excuse me" in an effort to ask her about it. Her retort: "You'll have to schedule another appointment  of you want to ask me any other questions." As you would imagine, I have never felt more devalued, ignored, degraded, and looked down on.  If that is the sort of treatment that you're looking for in a physician, give Dr.  Wiesenthal a try.   If that's not what you're looking for, stay far, far away.
