She primarily does individual sessions, but we sometimes we have family sessions when there is an issue that needs family communication and support. Jeanette is warm, kind and comforting and creates a safe and welcoming environment. She has helpful insights and (actionable) suggestions. Review way overdue…read more I saw Dr Mihtar many years ago when I was going through a transition in life. I've seen many therapists, psychologists and would consider myself an experienced patient. Hands down he is one of the best and most skilled doctors around. He was extremely intuitive and can really change people's anxious and depressive thoughts very quickly. She seemed irritated and was condescending so I tried to end the call. She told me that she was going to charge me $100 for a late cancellation. I told her that I didn't cancel the appointment and that a first time meeting between a psychiatrist and a patient is a "get to know each other experience." Just because I decided I didn't want to proceed with her. did not constitute a late cancellation. She told me that I had to be on the phone with her for an hour. I never agreed to being on the phone with somebody for an hour. When calling and trying to explain that I was wrongly charged $100, each person that I spoke with told me that I do need to pay the $100. This company is a total scam.

Brent Fletcher took over a month to respond to my outreach, and in one phone call told me: insurance was taking money out of his pocket, he was probably getting rid of it, and "stories" like mine-a mother, seeking mental health support for her child-are the reason he has "neglected his own personal and mental health for 25 years." Do not look at the reivews below and believe this is a doctor seeking to help children-this is a doctor who, despite his website proudly stating he takes insurance, has no interest in helping new patients. I found the physician to be extremely egotistic, controlling and condescending, especially at critical points in therapy. I was actually told "do you really think you are OK? by Dr. Roybal whose job in my opinion was to say "you are going to be OK I am here to ensure that." Then to charge a fortune for this type of treatment is just far beyond acceptable. I will also agree with other reviewers that the costs of the clinic are extremely expensive for the potential of treatment that may be required. 18K per month was required during my time there. The insurance billing process is a nightmare as others have stated. One definitely feels a few weeks into your treatment as if this clinic really is all about putting money in Dr. Roybal's pocket. A strange feeling of preying on the weak. Very sad. Also this is an outpatient facility. As a clinician myself, I would highly suggest that anyone going through a drug healing process would be better off finding a good therapist, following an appropriate slow taper schedule with supervision, a good massage therapist, chiropractic neurologist, acupuncturist, and seek out solid nutrition protocols with meditative exercises like yoga, tai chi, qi gong and meditation. WAY more cost effective and likely, far superior results.
