Fit2Ripped. It's the gym that keeps the body guessing. The instructors don't mention the workout until you arrive. It's a love/discipline type of gym. The workouts are killer, you will be out of breath within each round of a workout. Yeah I am not a personal trainer, but increasing the heart rate to 170 here and there definitely attracts full body results. Be warned it's not easy when you start. But give it 2-3 months and your body will mold to the constant intensity in these workouts. And if you don't like to workout in classes, there is open gym. The gear is well kept and gym stays sanitized and cleaned. Unicorns do Exist, that's the motto! read more

We were looking for a gym our daughter (11) could go to and receive some personal training mainly because of sports being cancelled this year but now its to augment what she is getting there. She started with Alex but has been with Erin for the last few months. The trainers here are absolutely amazing with her and walk her through all the workouts, making it easy for her to understand. Her strength and endurance has drastically increased and she is loving it. I joined the gym shortly after our daughter did. I was hesitant at first because it looks like a crossfit gym and that's not really my thing. But after talking with Alex and going a few times that thought faded. I love going to this gym. The equipment is well maintained and the customers and staff are awesome. I haven't gone to a class yet but they are always packed and look like a ton of fun. I have noticed marked improvements in my strength and abilities. Fit 2 Ripped was not only super welcoming but also educated the group on how to do each exercise and what each exercise was good for/working towards which I thought was a great component to have! I just had my first workout here and I can repeat the sentiments of what has been said. Class size tends to be smaller so the trainers can focus more on the students. This is a cardio and strength training type gym where you are switching workout stations every few minutes. The workouts are high intensity and your arms will feel like jello at some point. The head guys here Rod and Alex were very welcoming and I also met a few students who were also very welcoming as well. The community here has a good vibe about it. I have been to a few gyms in the past where egos run amuck and it sorta ruins any motivation to go workout. This is a positive environment where you can focus getting in shape and have fun. They have Groupon deals online to get your feet wet first. I am definitely coming back for more. Highly recommend trying this place out. read more

Went in today for a free, YES FREE, shoulder clinic. The place was packed!!!! Alex was so well versed and ensured we understood proper shoulder movement and issues before guiding us through some corrective exercises. Walking away from this session I not only feel more empowered- but my shoulder felt better - now I have some tools to prevent injury and/or surgery in the future. Great spot! I started at Fit 2 Ripped about 4 months ago and could not have imagined that in such a short time I would be accomplishing goals I planned to spend the year working on. The workouts are never the same day to day. To me, the focus seems to be more on mastering a physical skill/technique rather then just tracking weight loss or muscle gains as a measurement of success. This has shifted the way I see my daily grind in such a positive way. As a result I am pushing harder, lifting heavier and attempting things I never dreamed I could do. This is not to say that my husband isn't noticing all the hard work. :) (Sorry.. TMI haha) The F2R coaches are honestly the best I have experienced at the different gyms I have tried over the years. They each have their own style of motivating and teaching along with being incredible inspirations to the whole community. Now that I have mentioned community.. This is a true fitfam! The support and encouragement from everyone here is just one more thing that really sets this gym apart. Hearing people rooting for you when you are struggle with that last rep or last 100 meters is just what you need to push to the next level. Really liked this gym. I think it has potential to be a great gym. The only issue is the mixed equality of the trainers. Specifically a trainer named Mark. I wish Mark had the same coaching expertise as Alex. He should inspire to be a leader and coach as per Alex. Mark is a tad bit lazy and doesn't bother to pay attention to the members. You have get Mark's attention and ask him to help guid you, That's only if you even realize or feel you might be doing something wrong. On the other hand Alex is one of the best trainers Iv ever met in general. Fit 2 Ripped deserves 5 stars just on Alex himself. Unfortunately I need to give an overall score based on their full team. If their going to keep inexperienced trainers on their team, the least they could do a post everyone's schedule. At least then we'd have the option to avoid the bad trainers. Unfortunately I don't have the money to spear only to have every other session be mediocre. I'd love to come back someday. Needs some improvement. read more
