They charge up front and don't issue refunds, so if they mess up or you're not happy, you won't get your money back. Instead they promise to fix it with unlimited free fittings, but these will just end up going on forever until your clothes are ruined from all the re-working. They are also very rude and argumentative when you complain. Don't go here :)

I only had 1 dress fitting after and given the bottom of my dress was lace it wasn't taken up enough but was convinced it was the perfect length by the shop owner so they didn't have to realter it (my view given you need to unpick the lace by hand, didn't want to redo the job). In addition the under layers were cut and taken up too short and you can see it as I'm walking. Now I'm left with a dress that is far too long. Very disappointed and not worth it. The alterations cost as much as 1/2 of the price of the dress (not a cheap dress as well). You're better off going elsewhere in my opinion. I've had to buy higher heels to accommodate the fail in alterations.

I had to move to the the block of flats next door and had been struggling with shifting stuff. As I could not face moving the sofa bed I called the man (actually men!) and van team. They went though what was needed for the move and were very responsive on email. For a price of £60/hour they provided two men and a van with a day's notice and moved all of my heavy stuff in less than two hours! They took great care over the items and took care when moving doing a job that that my friends and I would have taken the whole day to do and potentially damaged items. In terms of practicalities, there is a minimum spend of £90 with £30 of this paid by PayPal as a deposit, the rest is in cash. There is an extra charge for weekend (10% I think) and congestion area jobs but your 10% yelp discount should take care of that. Otherwise happy moving, this company makes it much easier!
