He's very knowledgeable in all the cuts and gave great suggestions on what he could do for me. I am no expert and he waked me through the options of what I he could do for me without rushing. With the deer he did for me he made some amazing sausage and his steaks were perfectly cut. He is by far my number 1 choice for game processing compared to other places I have used in Montana. The half pig he did for me has been great so far. The chops were cut at perfect thickness and the cured bacon is awesome. He deboned the ham for me and cured and smoked that as well (we are looking forward to trying it). With the game and the pig his packaging has been excellent and everything is perfectly labeled so no mystery packages to open up months down the road. He's got a really clean running operation in Belgrade and I will certainly be using him again the next time I am in need of some meat! He does pigs, beef, lamb, and whatever else you might need. Best food I've had at a wedding ever! At our venue he set up the main dinner food like a buffet instead of having the truck, which worked wonderfully. We had sausages, brisket, ribs, and a variety of sides. We had a charcuterie table, and two passed appetizers for our cocktail hour and it was beautiful and delicious. We also had late night pulled pork tacos and those were a hit as well. He can make basically anything you would want. I'm so glad we went with blue smoke! The price was very reasonable, nothing like what you would expect for wedding catering, yet they went above and beyond to make it easy for us! We provided our own plates and silverware/napkins but they had everything else. We actually bought metal bbq trays and had deli paper printed with photos of us and everyone thought that was super cute and a unique touch so I loved that we got to choose our own for that. They also helped facilitate serving our cake and desserts from another vendor. They were very accommodating with our venue coordinator as well, and I'm so thankful everything went so smoothly! There was plenty of food for everyone including all our vendors. We also brought ziplock baggies to send food with guests and ourselves so nothing went to waste. I did feel like the meat section was slightly limited and some of the cuts were browning a tad, but the low prices compensated for it. Wine selection is solid but nothing exciting. Overall store is clean, well-organized, with everything you expect to be able to find in a grocery store. Low prices, possibly not the freshest best selection of meat.

There was plenty of parking which is always nice. First thoughts were it seemed a bit disorganized. Or certainly not what we have experienced at other stores.  We felt that some items had limited selections otherwise we were able to get most of what we needed for our visit.
