He LISTENS very well and asks questions to understand. He was very clear and professional about signatures and ensuring that the people involved were treated respectfully, and we actually ended up not getting anything notarized, even though he went to the location. This was not his fault; it was due to the person not being in the right capacity. I wanted someone to understand and listen, I wanted integrity and I needed speed, he was able to provide all of these things.
