They don't talk about deductions, residency, and a variety of other things that I am entitled to according to the tax code in order to minimize my tax burden. Zilch. The biggest issue is that they don't seem to care at all. I dropped by taxes off 1.5 weeks prior to July15. If Liberty Tax was too busy then they should have said something. From July14-July20 there was ZERO communication. Finally, when someone named "Charlie" called me back; he didn't know who I was or anything about my tax filing. I asked for the Lady who I dropped my info off to 3 weeks ago. And, he didn't have a name. It is a small office of 3-5 people so quite incredible that Charlie was flummoxed about a name. But, there was LOTS of excuses. They were busy apparently. Hmmm. I will continue my articulation of these events on every social media post possible because I want to make others aware so it doesn't happen to them.

If I could give negative 1000 stars to Sue Fulco I would. Truly a terrible, COSTLY experience, and…read moreall because of Sue Fulco. Think about it, one evening a lady is absolutely pounding on my door. I open it up, and she hands me a summons! It turns out I'm being sued for a house I never owned, and 100% because of the mistake Sue Fulco made, which she admitted. And it wasn't a typing error, changing an N to an S, she changed THE ENTIRE WORD of North to South! And she did this back in 2009. So if you've ever had Sue Fulco handle your closing, and as I can testify, even if you haven't even owned the house, you need to be aware of what could happen. As outrageous, in my opinion, as that is, you can say OK, people make mistakes, even with something as straightforward as copying an extremely important deed. So of course Sue Fulco would do everything she could to mitigate it, right? Absolutely NOT. I emailed her, asking about it, she says it is because of her, and "The [last name redacted] contacted their attorney." I tried to contact her again, and NOTHING. Not one word. So I had to waste money contacting an attorney. "Thanks Sue!" I say sarcastically. I am posting this for information purposes only, and I can verify both the nightmare that myself and my wife went through as well as the bills from the lawyer, for a house neither one of us ever owned, because of Sue Fulco. I don't know why it says San Francisco, CA, as I am in Bartow FL.
