He LISTENS very well and asks questions to understand. He was very clear and professional about signatures and ensuring that the people involved were treated respectfully, and we actually ended up not getting anything notarized, even though he went to the location. This was not his fault; it was due to the person not being in the right capacity. I wanted someone to understand and listen, I wanted integrity and I needed speed, he was able to provide all of these things. I cannot put too much personal information, but when I say Tim went above and beyond, I mean that with everything in me. If and when the time comes, if we need any notary services again in his area, we will absolutely call him. He makes mailbox customers stand in line for packages with delivery customers. Likes to try charging mailbox customers for names on the mailboxes when they are already in their computers system. The UPS store on 41 and Paseo Del Mar is not that far away and much friendlier
