I take several…read morespecial-order medications for migraines, and Walgreens let me down month after month for nine straight months. Orders were frequently delayed, sometimes for more than a week, and I had to call daily without getting real answers. While a couple of staff members seemed to care, most were indifferent and unhelpful. For context, I was filling more than $8,600 worth of prescriptions monthly -- yet my needs were consistently overlooked. I finally moved all of my prescriptions to CVS at March Ln and Quail Lakes Dr (see my review for them) and couldn't be happier. CVS has every medication ready on time, even the "special orders" Walgreens struggled with, and they usually arrive the next day. Plus, their app actually works and makes managing prescriptions so much easier. Walgreens lost a loyal customer for life.
