I'm pregnant and have gotten ARCO has since I was 18 (I'm 27 now) Begged to use the restroom to an employee and a manager because I am 4m pregnant and cannot control it. Second AMPM I visited on my way home from work that said no. She basically RUDELY told me to screw off even after I begged to buy something or offer her money, I was desperate. Ended up pissing myself. So humiliating. I have always gone to arco's for gas. Never again. Your employees are rude and have zero sympathy. Lost a customer for life. After a year short of a decade I will intentionally never go to an AMPM or ARCO service again, and I will be getting home and reaching out to corporate about this and visiting the store for the name of the manager. I stopped here one day recently to get gas. (Not their food, but that petro crap that comes out of their pumps). I went inside to pay the cashier who refused my business just because I wasn't wearing a mask. I told the teenage looking female I cannot wear masks because I think its stupid and I don't wish to participate in these silly games that other sheeple seem to have no problem complying with. But she gave me a choice--either put on a mask and conform or we don't want your business. When it comes to that kind of choice, I WILL choose to take my business elsewhere EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! Worse dam place ever I came in with my sister to buy coffee and cookies at 1am the I asked the lady at the counter if I needed a key to use the restroom she told me it was closed for the night and made it clear it was closed I told her I was a paying customer and she looked at me like I was crazy so I put my cookies back and told my sister to leave but she felt bad as she had already started serving coffee when we leave the lady goes out for a smoke break so I doubt the lady had the bathroom closed and was more concerned about her smoke break then a paying customer using the amenities that are provided and per state code 13641(B)(1) are to allow restrooms for use during business hours in witch this was a 24 hour station read more

Today well I went and put Gas here with my 11yr old daughter the nozzle fell out of my car gas went everywhere all over my car and the floor when I requested at least $10 of money back one male by the name of LV just kept saying no no no when one of the ladies came out and said she would refund me $10 she went inside and called the manager LV came back out and stated no it's your fault u will not get the money back I said this is freakin ridiculous and asked for his name he said fuck you screaming fuck you as he walks away I was laughing as everyone around was in shock he was screaming that he would fuck me up but that ain't the worst he screamed to me to suck his dick as my daughter was crying saying please mom let's leave so I got in my car and drove off to calm my daughter down I called the police awaiting for them to show to file a police report.
