Horrible clerks that are rude and the homeless are taking over outside and inside they destroy the bathrooms with feces and pee everywhere. They never have security and when they do finally hire someone they don't last long or don't do their job. I legit couldn't work there no more than 4 months b/c of all that crap and then on top of it they started hiring nothing but Indians. I have nothing against them but I do believe it's against their religion to wear deodorant or something because of an agent it has in it I'm not 100% why but I do know they stink and it takes ur breath away. read more

Update/Tip: Do NOT use your debit card at the pump. Another coworker just got her debit card info stolen this weekend 10/7/17. That's 6 of us total that have gotten our debit card info stolen. And when you tell management they've "never seen this problem" and do absolutely nothing. Ok I've seriously tried to give this place a chance because their gas prices and car wash are decent. However, I just can't. My debit card information along with 4 other coworkers' was stolen from this gas station... we knew it happened here because we work across the street and we all had transactions at these pumps that week. Second, I had bought the monthly car wash but because I got a new debit card, didn't repurchase the monthly car wash till today. The person working the car wash didn't know how to issue me a new one, didn't know if the price was still $25 and the sticker he gave me didn't even work. I held up the car wash line; embarrassing. He didn't try to fix the sticker or figure out what was wrong, he just let me go like this. I know I'm going to keep having this problem. I regret this purchase already. read more

Brand spanking new, easily accessible, plenty of pumps, and the store has just about any snack/drink you need to grab on the go. Gas prices are reasonable, and I think there may also be a drive through car wash, but I couldn't see a clearly marked entrance, only the exit. Only downside is lots of panhandlers from fwy ramps have moved over here. I have been approached almost every time I stop. Be cautious and keep your car locked, county hospital and psych ward are also down the street. read more

I went through the car wash today and paid for the "platinum ". It's supposed to include the tire dressing... it is not what I got. I previously went there and the same thing happened. Ok maybe it wasn't working that time. This time I watched to see what i was actually paying. The light was flashing for the GOLD wash. I brought to the attendants attention, he must not have understood English. Paid 18.00 for what? They vacuum area is worse. They only have two working.. they raised their prices, but not their quality. I usually go across the street to the chevron for 12.00. I know where I'm going next time. Worst AMPM on the planet. There are always homeless people hanging out all over the front of the place and around the pumps. The workers here take the cake for being total assholes. Walked in to get my receipt, sand in line, the girl helps 2 people then proceeds to tell me there is only one line......How is there only one line when you just helped 2 people who were in front of me. This is mostly for the car wash. I had signed up for the 25 dollar a month deal when suddenly they decided to up the price at 40. I went THREE DIFFERENT TIMES to cancel my membership and the worker was so useless, didn't know how to do it and kept asking me to come during the morning when I work at 8am in Chino. I went one last time because they kept telling me "I can cancel my membership as long as it's a week before it takes out my money." and the dude there STILL didn't know how to do it. I left my name and plate # and everything and I asked him twice if I would be charged for this month. He told me no. Yet again here I am with a 40 dollar car wash that I didn't want. I wouldn't be complaining if it wasn't the fact that the workers there don't know how to do anything but spray water on a car. I understand that not every day you'll have someone who fully knows the system but seriously, three times? The car wash itself is fine, it cleans my car and free vacuums... but it would've been nice to know they were going to start up charging me. Now I have to get a new debit card so they can stop charging me because obviously the workers there don't know how to do it. read more

Worst station. They have what seems to be a million workers standing around doing nothing. Two LONG lines at almost any given time of day and all kinds of bums outside asking for change. The seem to run out of gas like every day. Thank god the Chevron opened up across the street! Way better fuel and much better faster service. And the Chevron has cheaper items inside store like candy, drinks, chips etc. lol read more

If I could give negative stars for the 3-4 Hispanic lady's working on aug 19th at 9:59pm I would! It took 3 of them to try and scan one beer and they couldn't even open another register for the people waiting! I waited for over 20min and just gave up and had to go get my coffee and gas somewhere else. read more

I love the car wash. $25 a month and you can get it washed everyday. I work across the street and it is so convenient having a half automated car wash (crew does the initial rinse). I just drive to the gate. The sensor recognizes my car and opens the gate. Happy days! :) It's the small things in life. read more

This place has good gas prices but they're constantly running out of gas. Maybe they need to learn how to gauge their sales because they're so new but it's so inconvenient. I've only been here three times to fill up and twice they were out. Sucks. read more
