Pulled in to get gas.. The pump didn't work. I was told by the cashier that she would reset it, she didn't. It costs nearly 10 cents more a gallon to pay with credit. You have to pre-pay which equates to guessing how much gas you need... This place is basically a royal pain to even use. I left and took my money elsewhere... read more

Like most places immediately surrounding the strip, this place is sketchy. The pumps are in poor condition, the area is often not clean, and the workers here are usually not the friendliest. The convenience store is similar to what you'd find in most other Arco locations. I'm super picky with my food and snacks, so I opt to purchase those items elsewhere. There are options for fountain drinks and bottles drinks, but for better quality, again look elsewhere. This place has a restroom, but it is consistently "out of service." I find that this is code talk for "I don't want to clean the restroom now," or "I don't want to risk anyone shooting up stuff in their veins while using our bathroom," even though represent the exact opposite of that. If you're looking for cheap gas, and don't mind the sketchy vibes here, then by all means stop by. But for a quit restroom or snack stop, I'd say look elsewhere. read more

I needed $5 worth to get home so stopped here. Credit card didn't work. Was immediately accosted by homeless people who wouldn't leave me alone. Went inside to pay. Cashier was going off on the customers who had just left. Back at pump it said $5 and it acted like it pumped my gas. Drove away as soon as it was used but as I drove I looked at the tank and it said the same thing. I didn't get any gas. This place is a total fraud and dangerous to shop at. Avoid at all costs. Hopefully I won't also find out my credit card info was stolen but it wouldn't surprise me. read more

Okay, so I can get past the neighborhood (horrible, trashy, homeless mental ward). I can get past the 35¢ they charge to use a debit card (I don't like it, but that's the AM/PM way). I can get past the cheap gas and the not very wide selection of fountain drinks. I CANNOT, however, get past the fact they have "Buy 4 get 1 free" punch cards next to said drinks, BUT they're only for hot drinks! This makes no sense whatsoever! On the flip side, they have big cups (52 oz.) And long, fat straws, which is more than I can say for a lot of places. Yes, it's a scary location. Be careful. read more

i would give 0 stars if it was an option. the cashier refused to sell me tobacco products despite me purchasing some there multiple times prior with no issue as he claimed my ID was fake and refused to scan it (it is 100% real, i am 21+, and have never been denied when purchasing THC, alcohol, tobacco, etc in multiple states). he said, and i quote, "i am smarter than the scanner" and "i know what a real florida ID looks like". looks like he might need some more training if he can't even identify a real ID and refuses to actually give a reason why he believes it's fake. read more

Stopped by here to get gas and claim our free stuff. I got a 16 oz Pepsi drink free which I gave to hubby and hubby got 3 free cookies. After hubby gassed up his car, we walked in. I thought the slot machines were cute but a bunch of ghetto people hang out here. Ugh! Some random guy was looking at me and actually started a fight with a guy inside. Hubby, my daughter and I walked out fast after we claimed our free stuff! I don't like being in a place where a fight or heated situation can arise when my family could be in danger. I have never felt so unsafe anywhere but this place in the day time. This location should be avoided unless you are just stopping for gas. I think I would have gone elsewhere but it was on our way to our last hotel stay. Avoid this place if you can. If you can't, get your gas and snacks fast and leave! I gave you a warning! read more

Wow. Stopped by to get some gas. Pumps: one ATM buttons werent working. One said 'reset password' the other was unresponsive. I went in to ask the attendant if the gas was working. He said, "not outside". I said, 'I dont understand, the gas isnt working outside?' He rolled his eyes, wiped his face and mumbled something. I said, 'I'm sorry I didnt hear you.' And he just looked at me and started repeating...something about how the card reader 'might not be working'. I asked, "you dont know if they're working?" Again, he rolled his eyes and wiped his hand over his face and let out an annoyed breath... So, I turned to leave and he said, 'did you want to get gas?' And I said, 'I wanted to.' And he replied to me, 'well then fuck off'.... *shrug* well, that escalated quickly. I turned and said back, before leaving, 'well, ok. Have a good day' and left. What kind of nonsense was that? Just left here at 1:17 am and they made my friend stand outside for not having a mask but let a white man shop without one. Once I mentioned why they allowed him to shop with no mask the cashier laughed it off and let him continue his purchase. read more

Still love this station. It's the best station in the downtown area. Clean and the employees are really friendly. Highly recommended.

I don't know how they got my information on my credit card but my card was compromised at this location and I don't live in La Vegas nor was there during the time someone used it. Not good at all!! Be careful everyone. read more
