It is in a ran down area. You pass a lot of vagrants and the street smells sewage on the way here. When we arrived, something happened that it is closed and police are called in. We came back after 30minutes and the chaos is gone. Back to business as usual. They have the basic stuff, donuts, pizza, snacks, beverages, water etc. They sell some souvenir items too. Staff are nice. I saw one gave some left over pizza to a homeless man. read more

This 7-Eleven was the closest place to get food near the Super 8 Motel. I don't normally rate convenience stores, but I have to give this one a good review from my experience in that store. On our first night in Vegas, my family and I were hungry since we got to LAX at around 4pm (for a 6:30pm flight) and didn't reach the hotel until 8:30-9pm. We didn't want to venture out too far, so we decided to go here. There was a Hispanic middle-aged man, I believe Albert was his name, who went above and beyond your typical convenience store employee. He basically walked us through the hot foods section and strongly recommended him to make a new batch of hot wings since the ones on display were "stale." He ended up giving us an extra box because he made too much, for free! He also used his rewards account for us to get the cheaper price since we're from Hawai'i and we don't have the same 7-Eleven rewards system. "This is Las Vegas, this is magic!", he says when lowering the price after entering his rewards number. He even told some drug addicts to "watch your language since there are children here", even though my brother and I were way past 18 and didn't mind lol. He was even willing to show us where the bus stops were as his shift was ending, but we decided to leave since we were still hungry. Our experiences with the employees were still great in future visits, with "hello", "thank you", and "I'll make a fresh batch for you" constantly being said. One even gave me a "stale" pizza slice for free, even though it still looked good (but could use a microwave). The prices here are quite high since you pay for convenience, but they have an ok selection. Since this is Vegas, you can find a few slot machines to gamble too, if you like. It's also in a sketchy location with homeless people out and about, but as long as you don't engage, they shouldn't bother you, and you should be fine. Again, not a to-die-for destination, but you should have excellent customer service in this specific store. read more

FREE Slurpees @7_Eleven !:) This location is in a very scary neighborhood on E Charleston & Las Vegas Blvd. You wouldn't catch me here after dark as there are lots of shady characters around. Very agressive panhandlers too. It's a standard issue 7-11. Bad coffee, Overpriced drinks,eats and smokes plus they have gasoline here too. I came here just for the FREE slurpee. I love me some FREE stuff. If I lived around here I'd probably go to the Walgreens across the street. read more

Here were my notes from a visit in March 2013: "6 cents more than the 2 nearest Arcos, $3.57 vs $3.63 on march 27, 2013 at 3:50pm so with my 5% cash back for gas this quarter (thank you Chase), it made more sense to go to the 7-eleven since they take credit card." Well.... okay then. All I can say to THAT is that I am so glad gas prices have gone down significantly since then! On the contrary, being an early morning kinda guy and not wanting to disturb my roommate I decided to go for a morning run and ended up going to this 7-Eleven around 5:45am. The coffee was luke-warm and they were out of splenda......okay, fine, so I bought a diet Mountain Dew. On the way out I was asked, by a bum, whether I liked cars. Wanting to be nice I said "as much as I can." Apparently unsatisfied with this answer the bum began to follow me, screaming obscenities about the Ford Mustang. This continued until I decided to duck into the Wynn.....in my gym clothes, dirty shoes, sweating, at 6:00am. This year, less 7-Eleven, more Wynn. read more

Right after our visit to "Pawn Stars" [the store], we got gas here and what else.. more beer and more diet sodas. All I know is that my thirst was quenched and I was satisfied after a Man vs. Food breakfast (yes, he featured the fried chicken Eggs Benedict), a visit to History Channel's most viewed reality television show (the pawn shop), and I saw the wedding chapel that was featured in Hangover. 7/11 store at Charleston and las vegas blvd the employees take very good care of their customers

One of the nicer 7-11's I've been to in Vegas so far. It's a larger store with a good selection of whatever you're looking for at 7-11. The cooked food, such as the hot dogs, pizza, wings, etc. is usually fresh and hasn't been sitting out too long, especially if you come here during the morning and afternoon hours. The Big Gulp's always taste good and the machines are stocked and with maintenance. The store is bright, it's newer, it's cleaner, and there are plenty of places to park. It's at a corner of a major intersection, so it's easy to get in and out of from most directions. It feels safer than some other locations. The police even frequent here. The only negative? The location. There are always panhandlers (plural) outside at almost all hours of the day, and they're aggressive. Ignore them, and you'll be fine, but they're always there, and some of them can get mouthy and pushy. A lot of tourists go to this location, and they know it. Ditto with some of the customers that come in here. Often times, there is one or more rude person in there who likes to cuss a lot and make things unpleasant. They have issues with people stealing, trying to haggle, etc. The store clerks take a lot of abuse that they don't deserve. There is often a line, even with two clerks, and nobody lines up orderly, so you just have to stand where ever and hope for the best, and the way the store set up is, there isn't a lot of room to maneuver around the lines or even form a line, so when it's busy, it can be kind of a cluster. Still, I like this 7-11, and frequent it quite a bit. The staff is nice to me and they take the time to learn their regulars and they always take good care of me. read more

Worst 7-11 I have been to. The entire floor was sticky and dirty (I don't know if they recently mopped and it didn't dry properly). The entire drink counter was messy and sticky from previous drinks and it was missing a lot of cup sizes. The 2nd half of the store was inaccessible because the workers just left the crates of items in the isles. On top of that there was a sign that said 2 for $2.20 MNM's and other assortment of candy so I picked up two and when the worker rung them up, they were $2 each. I mentioned the sign to the worker and he said "oh that sign is old i need to take it down." Overall, the place was filthy and slightly hazardous, prices were surged, and workers were unfriendly. read more

Horrible experience, was there 8/15/2015, there were 9 of us, including my mother in a wheelchair, and my 2 year old niece and nephews. We walked over 2 miles it was 106 out, we stopped to get drinks. My sister went to the counter with water bottles the sign said 2 for $3 she got to the register and he told her it was $8, she said that's not what it says he says that's what's in my computer, what do you want? she said I want them 2 for $3, he said you can have them for $8, or leave it. She left and walked out, my mom in wheelchair was holding a bottle of water, she asked the man if there was a manager she could talk to, he said lady do you want that water or not? She said how much is it? He pointed at her and said for you $8. She said forget it and put it on the counter, I told him what is wrong with you? He said you don't have to be in here. So I put my slurpee on the counter and told the kids to put their's on the counter we were leaving. My 8 year old nephew wasn't paying attention I wheeled my mom out and they came out of the store, my nephew still had his slurpee in his hands, the man yelled he's stealing he has my product, I'm calling the police, I told my nephew to put it on the counter and let's go. He did and we left. What a nightmare, he was such an arrogant jerk! No customer service here that's for sure! Not only that, we were approached by many dirty people begging for money before and after we left the store. Horrible experience! read more

The good: I lived in Vegas for a few months and this store was a godsend. If I needed a 12 pack of beer or a chili dog at 4am, not a problem. The bad: Most of the employees didn't speak English, but neither do most employees at convenience stores. The ugly: Nothing really. Whenever I went there there was usually a cop or two in the parking lot. This is actually a GOOD thing. To note, I read every review about this place before posting, and I'm very surprised about how many people were scared of this location - Charleston and LVB S. I walked here during every hour of the day and night. I never had a problem. The problem with the scaredy cats is that they made eye contact with any of the panhandlers (not homeless). Do that anywhere and you are doomed. This location isn't shady or seedy. If you're not a pretentious and conceited jerk, you will find this to be a fantastic store around the clock. read more
