Went in late last night abt midnight. Tried to walk in but the doors were closed and I saw an older gentleman right inside door sitting in chair. I asked if I could get gas, he said cash only. I said ok and he opened door just enough to take my money and closed the door. He was very nice, but I just don't understand what's going on here? Did they get robbed? Are people threatening him and he's afraid to open the doors? Then this evening my mom said she paid for $40 in gas, pumped her gas and then left station. I don't think I've ever been to a worse gas station. My mom came inside to pay for gas in cash, and the employee proceeded to put the gas onto a different pump than the one she told him. After letting him know, he proceeded to tell her that he sent it to a different pump, and that a man had used 7 dollars worth already. He then instructed her to go ask him for the 7 dollars herself, and told her that "they were probably working together in effort to rob him" when she insisted for a full refund. He refused, blaming the issue on her when her car was clearly parked outside of the window, how could she have mistaken the number for one that's not even visible? When she proceeded to ask for a full refund he first said that he wasn't able to because the register would be short, then minutes after he said he would've given her a refund if she wasn't "a bitch". I'm not sure if maybe gas stations don't follow the customer is always right rule, but I'm sure no employee is supposed to cuss out and accuse a customer of robbery when she's simply trying to get gas. He said that he would get fired for refunding the 7 dollars, so hopefully that happens! Try a different gas station, better employees and probably more decent prices. read more

The hours of operation says 24 hours Monday through Saturday. Every time I come a little after 1 AM there's a guy sitting near the door sleep with a sign on the door that says closed. I knocked on the door to wake him up and ask what time he'll be open again and he says 6 AM. This is not good business, just go to 7-Eleven. read more

This is the cheapest Arco in the vicinity, and I usually stop at this location when traveling the 15 or in the area shopping. Easily accessible from the freeway and located about a half mile east off the W. Valley Pkwy exit on the right hand side. Small station and it does get super busy. The Cash stations outside are disabled, so reviews mentioning them aren't relevant anymore. Some of the people that are mentioned in the reviews from 2020 aren't there anymore. There is a new guy on overnights that has fresh coffee every time I come in. Usually I come in between 3:30AM and 5:30AM. Unlike the last guy, I think his name was Eric or Ethan or something like that, this guy is actually friendly and makes you feel welcome. I think his name is Jerry or Jay or Jeremy. I can't remember. If people follow the AMPM twitter, they will notice that the "closed bathroom issues" have already been addressed there, and it's up to the individual franchise owners on if the bathroom is open at night or not. I have no reason to believe that the new overnight guy would lie about the bathroom being closed for security reasons at night. Every time I come into this location the guy is wiping down a counter or remaking coffee, or filling one of the ice bins. Honestly don't think he would skimp out on cleaning a bathroom. Although I imagine he'd have to close the store for 15-20 minutes, since he couldn't do it with customers in the store. I'm sure someone would complain on here about that as well though. Morning shift people are awesome. The nice lady is always working on making fresh coffee after the overnight guy leaves, and the guy up front is nice to everyone as well. My only complaint is all the unfair reviews people have left in the past calling people lazy. Willing to bet those same people have never worked a service job and have no idea the amount of crap Retail Cashiers and Food Service have to put up with. If you come in at night, and there is a problem with a pump or the air, let the overnight cashier know. Cashier was not wearing a mask at all, not just not wearing it on her face she did not have one at all which is a violation of city ordinance. Cashier also had her boyfriend or friend Hanging out violating 6' distancing rules. Cashier was very rude, Made me wait to complete my transaction as she was too busy texting. The employee who works the overnight has a really bad attitude. There's nothing convenient about this store. He locks the doors all night long and opens them for each individual customer. You want to buy something? You gotta do it on his terms. At least 5 different nights I've had issues with this guy. The evening shift worker (bald with tattoos) will lie to you and say that all a.m. PMs close their bathrooms after 10 o'clock at night because he's lazy and doesn't wish to clean them. Go three more miles north on 15 and a person who earns his paycheck has the bathrooms open at the next AM/PM. They are clean. And paying customers have free use of them. LA Terraza am/pm employee should be held accountable and lose his job honestly to somebody who's willing to do the work that they're being paid for instead of lying to customers and saying that the bathrooms are "closed for security purposes" he means he doesn't want to clean them. When I asked for the customer service phone number he wouldn't give me one. Because he doesn't want to be held accountable for lying. Or his own laziness. NEVER COMING BACK!!! I had a low tire and stopped by to fill up on air. After putting $1.50 in the air pump I tried to fill my tire only to discover that the mechanism in the air hose that depresses the valve stem on my tire fitting to allow air to enter the tire was missing from the hose. So naturally, I went inside to notify the attendant.... Not only did he insist that the hose worked fine to fill tires and refuse to give me a refund, but he insisted that he could use it like that just fine to put air in his tires. That's impossible. And I didn't really appreciate him talking down to me like I was a woman and didn't know what I was doing... I'm a mechanical engineer that certainly knows how a tire works. But that wasn't even the worse part. He kept spouting the same excuse over and over, "Well those black guys steal them to put them on their motorcycles". He obviously had zero intention of fixing it or warning his consumers with an out of order sign. I'm an new to the area and was hoping this would be a convenient stop to and from work, but after my experience today I am never coming back. Be careful to enter the correct pump number when using the kiosk by the pumps because the employees consider it a license to steal if you don't. I went there and apparently entered the wrong pump number. The pump I was at didn't dispense any gas so I went into the store and the rude employee informed me that I had entered the wrong pump number, someone pulled up to the incorrect pump, dispensed the gas I purchased, then left by the time I went into the store so I was out of luck. When I complained all the employee would say is, it's not his fault. I mean, think of this sequence of events. Is this even possible?
