This app just booted me off after all the money that I have spent to gain rewards very aggravating.

This morning I come by. I have a flat tire. I send my son to tell them if they could turn on the air. My son goes and he comes back and he said that the lady told him OK. I noticed she has a line. I wait till her line comes down. There is no persons left in line and I'm still waiting. I go ahead and enter the store and let her know why didn't she turn on the air and she told me because my 11-year-old did not say good morning or please and she did not tell him there was a button I have a video. I wish I could upload a video I will be calling corporate. I have a van filled with five children on a flat tire, heading to Work and to school. And this lady has the nerve to say, and her name is Hilda That she will not turn on the air because my son did not say good morning or please I will not be coming here again. I always get gas here because it's next to the freeway. This would be my last stop here. I will be calling corporate. I will be sending emails. This is not OK. This is not OK. This needs to stop. The tone that she was Speaking at me was very demanding she was trying to lecture me and telling me that her niece her five year-old nieces, please and thank you you excuse me. This is a business you need to run. How dare you try to correct my son we were in a hurry. We were worried that we had a flat tire And she knew we were standing there waiting for the air to turn on and she just stood there this is unprofessional rude. Now I understand why this location has very bad reviews. Never in my life have a encountered someone like this person. Very rude cashier, her name tag says "Hilda". My daughter and I walked into the AMPM at approx. 0940 24 AUG 2021. We walked to the rear of the building, off to the right, near the restrooms away from everyone. I hear loud shouts, but couldn't make up what the person was saying. I honestly assumed it was a homeless lady or druggy. But it was Ms/Mrs. Hilda yelling "HEY! YOU WITH THE GIRL!! YOU NEED A MASK!!!!" As she was knocking on her counter top in an aggressive manner, then proceeding to point at me and immediately gave me her back. I didn't resist, I'm not from the local area, I forgot the mandate returned. I went outside with my daughter to grab a mask and proceeded shopping, we grabbed a single drink and did so because I believed we needed to purchase an item to use the restroom. Common courtesy. As I got to the counter there was no greeting, no Confirmation of a price..ok ms/mrs. Hilda is still mad. When I completed all my steps, it was her turn, but Ms.Mrs Hilda didn't know that... because her emotions were possibly through the roof still... so she knocks AGAIN, very aggressively, on the stand of lighters and says "YOU NEED TO DO IT!" And I said "No, it's you.". No apologies, nothing, so ignored her little attitude and asked "if they're open, Can I get the restroom key please?" Ms/Mrs. Hilda's answer "Ehhh it's in the corner or someone is in there or IDK, but if it's not in the corner then I don't know what to tell you. Go knock." In my opinion...If you don't like your job, find a new one or at least fake it. You don't have to be rude to me and scare my daughter. If you're so scared of the corona viruses, take off the two masks and lock yourself in your house. You didn't seem to care about the family of FIVE that walked in a few minutes after me, to wait in the restroom line, without mask. The new app earnifly sucks that ampm just switched to. The only reason we were going to ampm to buy smokes is because of the discount the old app would give you. I just used the new app earnifly for the first time and no discount on the 4 packs of smokes. The cashier said sometimes it gives a discount and sometimes it doesn't just do not know when it will give you a discount and on what purchases you make. I have a feeling ampm will lose customers me and my husband will be buying our smokes at Chevron again and that also means buying our gas from Chevron as well. There's no benefit for us giving our money to ampm anymore! read more

If I could give zero stars right now I would. Bought a $10 Carwash after we pumped gas and the car wash isn't working. So we requested our money back. The cashier refused and instead gave us a number to the "'manager" Ilse. We call the number and the cashier answers. Insert eye roll. The car wash sprayed soap all over my car then it completely stopped working. I sat there in my car waiting for the rinse cycle, and nothing happened. The chubby brunette with a bun told me my car wash was cancelled. She gave me no explanation as to why this happened, and of course she refused to give me a refund. Not to mention, she was extremely rude. I had to drive my car that was covered in soap, to a different car wash. This place rips off their customers. Never coming here again! read more

Covid or not, it doesn't excuse the customer service that I received today. I went to pump gas and noticed the floor was wet. I didn't realized that it was gas. Either way, I paid for gas on the machine and started to pump, out of nowhere the pump got lose and flew to the floor. I thought it was me that put it wrong and I tried again. As I'm holding onto the pump, it snaps again( I know it sounds very weird) and it spray gas all over me and my car before it hit the floor. I ended putting the pump back and stop putting gas. But before I did that, I did noticed a staff looking at me. He noticed what had occurred and didn't bothered to do anything. My mother went to speak to him just to give him a heads up that the pump is broken and should be avoided, he had no care on what was said to him. I understood now why the floor was wet! I'm sure there were previous customers complaint about their pump yet they didn't do anything. read more

I've been here several times, had different employees and I can honestly say, "OH HELL NO!". Rude, and inconsistent. I was ripped off and double charged before. And for the same soda refill, I get different prices at the register. I can say that they are consistently one of the worst. read more

Gas is gas so that's fine. Customer service, epic failure. You can get a good or bad attitude depending on the lady assisting. I only come for gas and rarely try to go inside knowing its an attitude of the day . Once I paid cash for a drink and snack , $3.85, I gave the cashier a $5 and I was short changed $1 only getting back 15 cents. I didn't feel like arguing being I was heading to work , maybe she really needed that dollar more than me, true believer in Karma. As for the car wash, that thing doesn't work all the time, and even though they had a camera 24/7 showing I paid for my car wash and when it started and did nothing but blow air on my car witht he timer counting down I went inside and... I was given the bad attitude I pretty much as predicted and no refund. I try my best to avoid this place, I only work in the area and its nice having a gas station next to subway and the freeway but its a place where you might get short changed, ripped off or spend too much time cause some of he gas pumps are broken. Bad customer service from HILDA. Has an attitude and was on her phone while helping me out.

I visited the store this morning and this was the 3rd time that I have observed Hilda (a cashier) being very rude to a customer. She was rude to me once but I have never complained until now. This morning she was arguing with a customer. There are a few cashiers who are very nice and pleasant in the morning but this old lady has to go. No matter what the customer is always right. An employee should never argue with a customer even if the customer is wrong. It's bad for business. Hilda has no respect and no manners. I did not see a manager this morning and that poor customer should have asked to speak with one but he just walked out of the store and I don't blame him. She was raising her voice at him and even went outside after he left. I guess she had more to say which was not her place to do so. Hilda is not a nice person and should be reprimanded. read more

Still a good option for gasoline in the area, but this update is for the car wash... The upside on the car wash is that it is available 24 hours a day if you must get your car washed. However, I just had their top option and it did a very poor job. It didn't fully wash the car and you can easily see streaks all over. In short it is not worth it if can plan ahead at all and go elsewhere. read more

This AM/PM is located next to a Del Taco and Subway. Their gas prices are cheaper than those at other nearby gas stations, but bring cash, because they don't accept credit cards. read more
