Like this location, staff always friendly always fresh coffee , always hot food ready to go

I have been coming this 7-11 in Commerce for years. I always come to put gas on my cars or buy snacks or get my morning coffee.

How does one review a 7-eleven, arguably the most ubiquitous convenience store chain in SoCal? What qualities help someone discern any given store from the next? What competitive advantage does a 7-Eleven have over, say, a Circle K or an AM-PM? Well to be honest, I don't know the answer to those things. I'm just a Yelp reviewer... not an internationally-reknowned convenience store marketing genius, whose approbations in digital media such as this Yelp review might send a franchiser's business income upwards by an order of magnitude. Or am I? Yelp Review of the Day selection committee, are you paying attention??? Ok, let's knock this out: (1) hot fresh coffee, with a seemingly quixotic selection of flavored creamers and that whirring flavored-coffee machine that runs for 45 seconds after you cease depression of the button, causing a massive deluvian crisis of hot chocolate flooding.... (2) a fine selection of processed foods of the fried/salted/sugar-coated/preserved variety, generally peddled in crinkly plastic bags and wrappers. But hey--bananas for sale at the counter. (3) Big Gulps and Slurpees and soda fountain Horchata (not the same as the legit thing, but takes the edge off after a long weekend... or dabbling in the cold beer case with some Tamarindo Cheladas...) (4) "Lotto, tobacco, taquitos & wings! These are a few of my favorite things...." Mary Poppins doesn't shop here, though. She's not real. Also I don't smoke. Or gamble. Or generally enjoy food heated on rollers. Nice lady behind the counter. Great smile. Likes the Dodgers just like I do, no matter how many inherited runners in relief Madson allows to score. At one point in my life, I was the self appointed National Ambassador for all 7-Eleven stores, knowing and frequenting just about every store between San Diego and Monterey, CA on my travel route. Buyer beware- they've charged my credit card $50 for transactions I didn't make. They'll run your card, sell you items, and then later you'll see two transactions! One in the correct amount for items purchased, and then one a few hours later for $50! This is the second time this month this has happened. I gave them the benefit of the doubt once, but never again. The staff also have a bad habit of making out in front of customers at night. What a sh*t-show this particular store is! read more

Today I go in and get the pizza and big gulp deal I ask the cashier on the price because she's overcharged me once again she gets mad at me and calls me a pendejo I explain I'm asking a question and she argues and says chinga tu madre, if this lady doesn't like her job why is she there? Her boyfriend was working with her so I think she felt some type of way but the customer service is bad and the way they run the store is horrible, her boyfriend would keep looking at my cousin so perverted when she would go buy something that my cousin wouldn't even want to go in the store any more management really needs to stop this asap read more

Nope! The lady at the cashier is an insensitive person! I understand homelessness could be an "inconvenience " for some but imagine living the life they have! God forbid y'all ever have to experience homelessness! She kicked him out even though he had money! My amazing husband gave him money outside of the store were the gentleman said he was happy now he can get a coffee because it was cold outside. The girl kicked him out!! So my husband bought the coffee for the man. the cashier was rude to my husband too!! have some human compassion! If someone is hurting the environment then yes, by all means, kick him out. But this man just wanted coffee. Y'all shouldn't judge anyone by their looks. We are NEVER going to this place again and I am going to make sure none of my family nor friends go there either!!! This 7-Eleven has a gas station and mini mart. The store is clean and the service is usually fast & friendly. Coffee, donuts, beer, pizza, hot dogs, lotto, ice cream. This place has it all, even a Citibank ATM inside! read more

Nice they have gas here of it but I warn you not to go inside the store.Smells heavily of toxic chemicals -yet the staff doesn't seem to care. It's unbreathable and most likely not good for you read more

The bathroom is a little icky and this location is in the middle of nowhere but at least there is a bathroom. Seedy feel to the outside so I wouldn't go alone. Would go for gas and if a rest stop is needed. read more

I come here to grab a quick, cheap, and fattening meal for lunch nearly every other day. All 7-11's are the same I guess but this place is has the best combo ever. One 1/4 pound All beef hot dog, a Big Gulp, and a bag of their wide variety of chips for only $2.99. 'Merica, quantity over quality sometimes. Don't judge me! read more

I hate that this is the only gas station on my way home. You can't lock the pump; you have to hold it the entire time your pumping and that's if it's not turning off on you. I hate it here!!! read more

They never have enough help at the register. The arco station is worse than worse . The pumps never accept your debit card you have to go wait in the long lines to pay for your gas. read more

I love this place, but I do not like the smell. their cleaning products smell funny. A 7-eleven is a 7-eleven nothing special. the staff is friendly and really cute. The guys and girls are nice and sweet. I like this place because it is close to work! read more

its a freakin 7 eleven so there is nothing special here. the only reason i give it 4stars is for its morning service 4-5 am. all places around here are crowded with truckers and construction workers. and the guy at the register kicks ass. he mans both registers at the same time nobody waiting around. read more
