Do not ever fucking get your car washed at this location, don't do it. don't waste your money. Don't waste your time. It's not worth it. It's just a headache. I purchased gas along with a car wash (it's prompted on the screen when you pay at the pump) (it didn't say anywhere that the car wash was broken) on August 26th. After pumping gas. I pulled the car wash station and noticed it's blocked off with cones because something's wrong. I walk inside to speak to the clerk and the manager appears and I say hey, I purchased the car wash. There was no signs indicating that there was an issue on any of the pumps and now I noticed that there's cones blocking it off. The female manager says yesterday yes it's broken. We're having a tech come out later tonight to fix. It said no problem. She offered me me a return of money or informs me I have 30 days to use the wash. I say no prob I'll return on Tom when I'm in the area o to get my car wash. I return August 27 the next day to get a car wash. The cones are gone and after entering my ticket number to get my car wash, all of the lights on the inside of the machine are not correctly prompting the driver to move forward and when to stop. I try to be as accurate as possible but the lights are really misleading. They do not work correctly, and you have no idea when to stop or when to go forward. I get out of the car. I'm very frustrated now cause this is my second day here to get a $12 car wash and it still doesn't work. I asked the clerk (female) (not the mgr I spoke to yesterday) at the front counter. I say hey "the car wash doesn't work what's going on and she response in a smart ass attitude like condescending tone hands me a piece of paper that's laminated and says follow the steps and don't worry about the lights I was really frustrated and I said why would I do that? Why isn't it listed outside? How would anyone know to do that? Can I have my refund and the woman says no I'm not giving you a refund. We don't do that. Here is the instructions. I tell her I said your manager offered me a refund yesterday when this happened just give me my refund now she says no I'm not going to. I didn't ask how would anyone know to follow the steps if they're inside and they're not posted outside she responded again that's on the user to come in and get the instructions. Didn't say this part but the whole car wash system is completely fucked. I shouldn't be confused at the car wash when trying to get a car wash. It's pretty self-explanatory. This clerks attitude towards me, asking for my refund is nonsense and I'm warning everybody don't fucking get your car wash at this location get your gas get your food and get the fuck on because clearly the workers like this women don't care about the customers and they don't care about your time. read more

Staff is lazy they say the restrooms don't work just because they don't wanna clean them. Gas is cheap.

I have been coming to Arco for many years and pumping gas to cars and also buy drinks,food and other items at Arco. They have great gas prices to compare others gas station. This Arco station there's a Del Taco and Subway walking distance from Arco. read more

Cashier not helpful at all. Signs are all confusing and cashier won't help with identifying which pump I am at. Cashier applied my payment to the wrong pump, also applied the wrong amount. read more

Terrible service from the lady behind the counter wearing an orange mask. Yelling at me and another customer about not wearing a mask. Usually people are polite and give u a mask if u don't have one, not her. She tried to make a spectacle out of us not wearing a mask. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'm currently here waiting in line and no one says anything (three employees). I called because I was in the car wash and it stopped out of no where. I tried calling and the lady said 'any questions come inside'. I came inside just for them to say they can't help me?!? WTF?!?! Oh and they barley say they are shift changing lol. Was just here today where not only did the two employees one being the cashier whom I handed my money to, the other apparently distracting her and their " manager" make me feel as if I didn't know how much I handed to her when I paid for my gas which was $46 two $20 bills and 6 ones to be pumped at pump 12 . Well it only allowed me to pump $22 . When I went back in the cashier who helped me rudely told me I had only given her $22 and that the cameras would show that went to the back room for less than a couple minutes and then stated it was only one $20 and when I told her that wasn't possible she sarcastically offered to show me the video recording so I said yes please i want to watch it . Took me back home o the manager office where THE MANAGER ALSO STARTED SHE WITNESSED ONLY one $20 bill . So she play back the footage tries to zoom in to when I initially hand the cashier the money and tell her pump 12 but I request her to zoom out bc I want to see her count the money I handed her before she puts it in the register. She hesitated but zoomed out and then you can clearly watch the cashier place the 2 $20 bills on the counter and the 6 $1 bills before placing it in the register. Either Arco needs to provide classes on how to correctly count and enter cash amounts to the employees and apparently the manager or they need to start reviewing footage bc they have some lying thieves on their hands sad part is I've lived a block away from this gas station for 35 years and their continues lack of costumer service and now stealing money is highly disappointing don't use this gas station ever read more

The woman that works here yelled at me when her car wash did not tell me to stop even when I hit the rail. She told me I wouldn't get a refund and she refused to give me another code, even though she said she could see on the cameras that I didn't get my car washed. The manager here is extremely rude. She yelled at me when i missed the rail at the car was. She did not want to refund or give me another code bc it was my fault that i missed the stop light. Why would i pay $8 for NOTHING???? This angry woman should not be working anywhere with that funeral face and ugly attitude.
