The lady "working" the counter Oct 11 at 9:17 pm has been closed and chilling behind the counter for the last 30 minutes (still waiting). Most people that come here at night are works that work in the warehouses nearby so I saw multiple of having to leave without neither a lunch or gas and it was very disappointing. Just got a basic car wash here for $11 and I couldn't believe it got all the black spots my car had from parking under some tree!! I had it ALL over my car!!! I took my husbands car to another car wash express place and still left the spots so I decided to try the Arco car wash and WOW!!! I will be coming here for now on and am thinking of getting the monthly membership!!! A plus is they even have 2 workers there pressure washing your car before entering the car wash! The prices here are so high it's absolutely ridiculous! Went in for an ice cream and ended up getting a bag of Ben & Jerry's snackable cookie dough 3oz and it came out to $8.00!! Unbelievable. I looked online and Target sells an 8oz box for $5.00. I really couldn't believe it and neither could anyone in the store. That's just so unfair and ridiculously greedy. On top of having terrible service regularly we are here at 9:45 at night and the doors are locked either a sign saying they are closed for a shift change for 20 minutes and reopen at 10:15.. I can see the two women inside talking and laughing at the counter and just pointing at the door when people walk up. If you're closed for a shift change tell your awful staff members to at least stand where people can't see them and not behind the counter which is directly in front of the door where everyone can see them. Nice little automated car wash! On the day I used it an attendant was present. She gave my windows a good pre-scrub, directed me onto the belt, I put my car in neutral, released the brake and enjoyed the ride! The wash did a pretty decent job of drying my car unlike some other washes I have tried. Good value and convenient for only $6 basic wash. If your car is not too dirty and needs a quick refresh, I would highly recommend. I was given free air fresheners and steering wheel wipes too. read more

Oh my lord this is the best gas station I have ever been to in my life!! Just feel the need to express that right now, in the moment while I'm here. Okay, is this deal right - buy any gas (even a dollar) and get a free car wash I was like, "hell yeah!!" Then when I'm done I go over to where the vacuum is and the super nice employee there shows me how when you wash your car there, youcan vaccuum for free and then HE proceeded to vacuum the car for me..I had spray wax in my car - he even helped me with that. The one star is for the car wash only. Your car comes out extremely wet at the end, the wind dry doesn't help at all. The free vacuums are horribly powered, u hardly get any suction to clean your carpets, If it doesn't suck up the change under your seat it's not working properly... this car wash is only good for those 1995 cars with no value n down only and a friend is paying with 6$ he found on the floor somewhere w poop on the dollar bills. Best automated car wash in the area!!! Basic car wash @ $6 is the most reasonable price around which comes with free use of their vacuum. Attendant is very polite, guides you in & even manually scrubs your windows, windshield & rims then provides you with a car freshener & dashboard wipe. Staff inside is courteous as well, my Groupon certificate had expired before I could use it because of the prolonged rain. I requested if I could still use & in no hesitance they accepted. Well I'm never going to buy food from here I bought a chicken sandwich around 3am coming out from work and that same afternoon I started throwing up my stomach was hurting a bad fever I was just not feel well at all so I went to the hospital and yes just as I thought I had food poisoning for the rest of three days it was just bad. Stopped and got gas, but had to use my debit card at pump since they don't take cash anymore at the kiosk. I don't really like using my card at the pumps. Anyway after, I got my car wash there since my kids were sleeping. There was a 50% of a wash if you fill up a certain amount. It didn't give me the discount at pump, but I wasn't going to fight it since my kids were sleeping. There's an attendant waiting there to help, and when he saw I didn't get the discount he said I could go inside. When I told him it's okay, my girls are sleeping, he said he would go in for me because he understood me not wanting to leave my children in the car. So he gave me $5 discount back! The people who work nights are making the customers stupid. They always put a sign on the door saying they will be back in 20 minutes. How the hell can we know if your 20 minutes is up? By-FAR the most negligent staff... I took my car to get a car-wash at this Euclid location at which point I approached the employee Enes to see if he could wash my car. Enes said that there was no issue and that my car should be fine to go through the wash. I asked multiple times of him to help guide me into the wash and assure my car had clearance to make it in the wash okay. After I slowly approached wash (with Enes waving me to proceed forward) I heard a small crackling noise and immediately stopped. I asked Enes what the issue and noise were and he signaled me to continue forward to free the car. At this point, an even Louder Cracking noise happened so I Immediately Stopped the car and got out to inspect myself. The car was stuck because Enes signaled me to go forward not noticing that a Huge Metal bar had pierced my Bumper on my car!!! Now I plead with him to go get his supervisor as he just stood there as if the car would free its-self... After the supervisor comes out, he immediately notices the issues and scolds Enes for the reason he would allow for this to happen! The supervisor goes and grabs a large metal bar and begins to place it under the bumper and leverage it up to free the car from wash ramp. This caused Further damage to my bumper to the point that the bumper was about to fall off of car!!! Finally, we get the car off wash ramp and inspect damage...The supervisor assures me that it is the establishment's fault and that the owner would surely "take care" of this situation with me. The supervisor even explained that I could go out and get my own quotes for repair and they would work it out with me. Once the owner or manager Nasir arrives---He simply comes up to me and tells me there is a sign that reads that if someone goes into the car wash, it is Their responsibility for what happens to the car.....What about the Negligence of your employee that Guided and lead me into the wash even after I had stated my concerns about clearance? This is the Worst establishment and unprofessional dealings I have ever had. I will be pursuing Legal Actions against your establishment for the Full Repairs of my Vehicle. Here for a car wash for the first time. Way too cumbersome for what was supposed to be a simple car wash. It required an attendant to guide cars into the drive-thru process. I thought I was there to experience convenience of a quick car wash. Not only did it take time just to get the car washed, but both side mirrors had soap bubbles at the end of the wash as well as unwashed bird do's on the trunk of the car - main reason I went for a wash. Furthermore, the air drying time wasn't sufficient enough for proper drying. My car Windows had sprays of water mark left over by the time it was supposedly all done. I tried to use my debit card at the pump and it ask if a .35 cent fee was okay. which I pushed the yes button and it did nothing but the stupid pump was playing the weather. which I don't care about the weather i just wanted freaking gas!!! So i ended up pressing the yes button multiple times and then the next question was do you want a car wash, so since I push yes a lot for the last question it showed up with 7 car washes. Each one is $10, so it was $70 before i even started pumping gas. So when I saw this I went inside and told the girl she was very rude when talking to me. Got an employee's attention (gray haired women at food counter) who told me to ask the other employee before I even started asking my question. She claimed she could not help because she was too busy. She was cutting tomatoes, not assisting another customer. Her coworker was the cashier with a line of four people. The only place I've been to that needs to closed for 10mins every hour so the bathrooms can be "checked". During these times the doors are locked & you're standing outside waiting, the people that work there are walking around inside or my favorite, watching you while talking amongst themselves. Went to fill up, tried to use the credit card/debit card option at the pump....all 5x said it was declined, even though there was money in both cards I tired...wasnt very happy to to find out when I was trying at night time in a strange neighboor I do not frequent...had to go inside to the cashier, who wasnt friendly either...but hey, neither would I if I was working Wednesday night. This is a drive-through car wash, but there are supposed to be attendants and if you pay for the top package there's supposed to be a guy at the end who wipes down your windows, puts on tire dressing, etc. Just went through and there was nobody at the end to actually do the things that I paid for. Extremely rude service. Every time i come in here the employees constantly give customers stares and talk with a rude tone of voice. I have asked a couple of questions such as " can you please turn on the vacuums outside" and my response is either "if you don't get a car wash we won't turn them on or having a girl employee stare me down basically shouting at me that it's $2 for air" Just not good overall experiences and no one should be treated that way. Very clean gas station! Gas price is steep for an Arco, but there aren't many gas stations in the area. Plus it's on a busy street. I can't hate on them for that. Also, I loved the car wash. Best gas station car wash I've ever gone too. After all, how many actually hand scrub your car before entering the actual car wash and give you an air freshener and dash/steering wheel wipe. The attendant assisting me was also extremely helpful. He was concerned that it might rain and he wanted to make sure my car wash was worth it; so he took my receipt and gave it to me after my wash. My daughter was asleep in the back, so I couldn't leave her alone and he offered to get take the receipt inside the AM/PM. When he gave me back my receipt, It was stamped with a 72 hour rain guarantee. In other words, if it did rain within that amount of time, I just come back with my receipt and they let me have another car wash. This was top notch service not just some drive thru wash. He noticed that my window was even wet and wiped it down. Anyway, I'm definitely coming back. Excellent service, clean station!!! Could be a 5 if it was easier to get in and out (busy street), but one of my highest recommendations. read more

Was here yesterday a 5:17 pm to get my truck washed. Didn't know it was going to rain today so I stopped in today on my way home about 5:30 pm asking if they gave rain checks for yesterday. They do but only if you paid inside and received a receipt. I paid outside with their attendant because the self pay machine doesn't work, and was given no receipt by the attendant. Funny thing is I bring all 4 of my cars here. The employees inside stating they are aware they don't give receipts outside still refused to offer me a rain check. Really on a $10 car wash that's a shame for customer service. It's like saying the customer is lying, however we know we don't give receipts but your loss. That's bad customer service but these days kids work for a paycheck not for customer courtesy. A lot different from when I grew up. The proper thing would have been to offer the rain check this time and advise of the policy next time, even though there's no policy posted. Just lost my business for any and everything. I can definitely afford a full service wash if I'm going to receive better customer service because this was some unprofessional bs. I told a few of my neighbors as well and they won't be getting a car wash there. Neither will other family members. Way to go! read more
