DO NOT GET GAS FROM CASTAIC ARCO! I went this morning with cash. The pump said 1.6 gallons, but no liquid came through. I even took it out while pumping. Nothing! I went in to speak with someone. Connie was rude and provided zero help! She rudely repeated "there is nothing we can do." She even rolled her eyes when I asked for the manager's name. The gas station part is a dump, the pumps are coming apart, they have no receipts at the pump. dirty area. I have lived in Castaic for over 20 years and this is one of the newer stations outside of Gallions which changed to Chevron recently. They need to see Pilots gas station area for cleanliness. I do like their car wash which is contactless for the most part. read more

As you can see in the picture the bathroom was disgusting, which is really one of the few things you can rate at a gas station, the only reason I'm giving two stars is because Arco fails to not be the cheapest gas every time, no matter where they are they beat the competitors, at this particular store however I recommend if you get sick easily to use the bathroom at Shell. read more

Dear Arco owner, You should really invest in better employees. Every single time I have gone inside to pay no one says hello, thank you, etc. I would be okay with all of that but when they are rude on top of that it's very irritating. We are spending 50's if not 100's at a time and ur staff should be of a little better caliber. From the girl with pink hair, girl with blond, Hispanic older lady, everyone is rude. They must really hate their jobs and if they do why are they still there? To make the customers upset? Today I asked the woman why the pump credit card machine is not working and her reply was I don't know; never looked up to me or had the courtesy to say hello. Horrible staff. read more

Warning! Don't use the car wash!!!!!! I was there this past Monday, during the wash I heard a loud noise and my gmc truck shook, I didn't know what happened. After it was done I checked my car it had a couple of scratches . I asked to speak to the manager to notify of what had just happened, but to my surprise the owner came out and was very careless of what I was describing to him, he said those marks are wear and tear and he was not going to give me $2,500.00 dollars to repaint my truck (which I never asked for) that if I wanted he can refund me the $5.00 I paid for the wash. How unprofessional can an owner be ? oh and to call the cops if I wanted !!!!! Ive experienced other Arco AmPm gas stations thats cheaper than this station. Gas Gauging sucks. But my car needs fuel. Ugh. Nuff said.

The snacks were A+. Chicken sandwich, pumpkin cookies, and xxx vitamin water. Maybe because we were hungry but the crispy chicken sandwich on a soft roll with nacho cheese, jalapeños, and iceberg leaf lettuce. Yum! I was given the wrong receipt today. I didn't realize until arriving home a while later. When I called to try to straighten out the simple mistake, Emily set the phone down and proceeded to talk trash about me to another employee for several minutes while I could hear them. I'll eat the $42 my company will no longer reimburse me for, but I will NOT be going back to this station. read more

The staff was very courteous and helpful, which was nice because I was in for a very long drive that evening. Also, they are one of the few places that had Vanilla Coke so that just made my day. All in all, a very nice experience! read more

This location is the worst!! The employees don't speak they are texting on their phones while checking out customers, whoever is in charge of inventory sucks!! They are always out of hot chocolate they never check in the back for more some of the employees look dirty I don't want someone with dirty hands and fingernails touching my food. read more

Brand new and wonderful! I commute from Santa Clarita to Lebec daily. When I need gas this is ALWAYS my number one stop. They have the best gas rates around and the car wash is extremely fun and totally worth the $5. read more

The worst place to pump gas, due to there gas machine pumps not working properly. I tried to put gas into a truck. The gas pump machine ejected the nozzle and gas spilled on me. The gas pump would not allowed any gas to be pumped into the gas tank. Tried Two different gas pumps and still have the same problem. A few days later I, was able to speak to the owner NICK MILLER. NICK MILLER should have taken full responsibility but that failed just like his gas pumps. Corporate office told me that the regional manager will follow up with me but that failed as well. read more

I walked in late after a long shift. Very tired and grumpy I must add. I got gas and wanted a snack and a soda. Quick stop in the bathrooms, shockingly very clean. I picked up a snickers bar and soda. The man at the counter, Kirk Keller was very helpful with a smile. Hard to find happy employees at this time in the morning. I give this man 2 thumbs UP. Just stopped because tire pressure low. I waited while someone else was using the air pump. I saw a woman Who I now know is Connie who works at Arco come out and speak to the man at the pump. She then went inside leaned on the counter and crossed her arms. Because after he left I put a dollar and a quarter an extra quarter thinking the machine might not have calculated correctly into the machine and realized it didn't work. When I went into the store Connie who had no other customers could not be bothered. She could barely give me I contact. I asked her if she thought she should put a sign on the pump so that people don't think it's working, and she said I just found out. She then said if you want your money back you'll have to come back tomorrow. Obviously they realize this is a commuter gas station. I am still at the air pump trying to inflate my tire with the canon of quick spare and there is still no attempt to put a sign on the pump. This lady should be fired. She's rude and incompetent. It doesn't get any worse. While she continues to work at Arco, I would not recommend stopping at the station under any circumstance is. read more

Whoever is in charge, needs to get it together. Get the car wash fixed. Get the ability to process payment at the pump fixed. As well Arco is typically the lowest priced on fuel but Pilot is always lower from 10 to 50 cents at times. I think they would care about getting these things fixed, if it wasn't that, so much of their business only stops once a year off the freeway. read more

Don't use the car wash. It tore the rear wiper off and the owner does not care. He will not pay for the damage.
