What I would really like to do... Is contact the owner of this particular establishment and let him know in no uncertain terms that he will no longer be getting any more of my hard earned dollars spent on gas or other things at his establishment. After an incredibly long day, (which we all have from time to time), I stopped to get gas as that was the closest gas station to my home and therefore the most efficient stop. I used my Earnify app to get the gas and walked into the store to buy a couple of lottery tickets for the evening's draw... I couldn't find the slips to select my numbers, so I asked the clerk at the register where they were. There was no one else in the store. He grunted, pointed and waved in a general location. I still could not find the kiosk with the slips, and so I asked one more time, and he belligerently began to yell louder and quite angrily. I found out a few seconds later after I finally located a very small turnstile with the slips on it that I was interrupting a personal phone call that he was having in his native tongue. I paid for my lottery tickets only to find that I was a dollar short and had to return to my vehicle to get an extra dollar to come back and pay, he huffed, he sighed dramatically, he rolled his eyes... I was flabbergasted so I said, "Thank you thank you! oh beautiful thanks so much." I smiled. I thanked him profusely and apologized for inconveniencing him and then I asked him if he was the owner... He said twice that yes in fact he was and so I asked him again to confirm "so you're the owner?" And he said no no no my uncle my uncle is the owner... And I said oh fantastic well what a fine establishment he has..." You know, I am also in customer service in a couple of different venues and when we have a customer come into one of our establishments, looking to spend their hard earned dollars, especially in this economy, with us in our stores if they have a question about something, we make it a point to go out of our way to help them to make sure that they have a pleasant experience. That's just common courtesy and it's really good business and when I am treated thusly, I am happy to continue spending my dollars in those establishments. After this experience, however, I will no longer frequent this particular gas station or its convenience store. In fact, I will go out of my way to avoid shopping at this particular gas station... And to the uncle of Kumal... I would have a serious talk with your nephew. Because he was rude. He was belligerent. He was condescending, and all of that will ultimately cause you to lose business. Perhaps you should train your nephew to treat people better and not conduct personal phone calls while customers are in front of him. Maybe send Kumal out into the real world with a real boss and a real job and let him learn how valuable good manners and great customer service is... Unbelievable... truly... read more

Remember, it's a Gas Station. I come here, use my card, fill my gas and leave. It's always okay. FAR Better that the am/pm on Watt & Auburn. This one the "Tap" and the Insert card always work and I NEVER Have to go inside. The traffic here can be really bad. Sometimes, it's VERY difficult to get in, find a pump and get out. I tend to stay away from this one during rush hours. read more

I've been here on 4 different occasions and each time there has been a "come back in 10 minutes sign". Always at various points throughout the day - doesn't matter if it's day or night. And I've waited the 10 and no one comes. What's happening here? read more

You know what - "F" the cashier at this gas station. I was locked out my car and the cashier wouldn't let me use the phone. Some teenagers pulled up and were so quick to help and lend me their phone right away. So thank you to the kind strangers ! Again, "F" that cashier on the night of March 19, 2022. This is definitely a "DO NOT USE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE" place. I visited on 12/21 @ 6:30pm. A black cashier threw two halls candies i meant to purchase. I paid with cash and meant to get out asap b/c of his bad manner and a possible "are you doing this cuz i am black??" i did NOT say a word. Then this ugly version of Ice cube start speaking a phrase in chinese tone. First of all i am not chinese. secondly he does not know chinese cuz he was just saying chingchong blah. So i just said no! And got out. when a news breaks out about black people being hated, it breaks my heart. But those of non-black folks out there do not deserve to be treated without any wrong-doing. Stopped in during a local road trip to fill one tank & empty the other but after spending $30 & waiting in line for ten minutes after saying where's your rest room ,then the customer being waited on says its out back the clerk has the key , but later I'm told by the clerk who heard my request that we don't allow the public to use the restrooms anymore.So why have me waiting and obviously the rest room has been in use recently. So I politely said I just spent $30 & I can't use the toilet ? I can't give a minus rating, but trust and believe this one star is WAY more than deserved. I used to go to this station all the time and now, based on the treatment from the cashier working (at 3:00pm on Friday, May 30, 2019), I just assume run out of gas then give these guys my money. I understand he may not want to be there or maybe he feels he deserves better, but whatever the reason, this douche bucket just cost you a loyal customer who spent quite a bit of money at your station. read more

This place is a joke, I cannot believe corporate hasn't shut them down. The employees are rude and thieves. They will lie about product prices, argue about prices, give you the wrong change, and say you only handed them a $5 instead of a $10 when you actually gave them a $10. This has happened to me and multiple customers in front of me that I have personally witnessed. All of the employees lie about prices and change to steal more money from you. Don't give these thieves your money! Also, one of the times he gave me the incorrect change, my boyfriend told him he better correct it or we will call the police. So the employee grabbed a rubber hammer and lifted it above his head threatening to hit us with it and his exact words were "get out of my store or I will kill you!" So we did call the police. They did nothing because the police said "well he didn't ACTUALLY do anything". Whatever. So we called corporate and I don't think they did anything either. They may have fired him because I haven't seen him since but I also make it a point to not go back there if I can. read more

Simply asked why do they only do cash or debit and not credit cards, guy behind the counter said, our gas will cost $1 more if they took credit cards and he had his buddy agreeing with him. Them charging a fee to use debit cards is shady and encouraging use of cash is highly suspicious. And it will not raise $1 if they did take credit cards. read more

The cash payment machine sucks! You put your money in and then the machine says its out of order. I hated to have to go inside and wait, but at least the cashier saw I paid and I was able to gas up. Why have cash machines if there just breaking down? read more

A disgusting, filthy gas station, with old frozen rotting food, and the worst customer service I have ever seen. Avoid the crap gas, and gastric distress inducing food at all costs. There is a Valero at winding way that is a million times better in every way. read more

Customer service here is horrible. I Will definitely spend my money else where. I tried my card a few times at the pump. The display screen said see cashier. So I went inside. I tell the cashier how much I want he totals it up. I swipe my card not knowing that I couldn't because it had a chip. He yells you must insert the atm card not swipe. How was I supposed to know. It wasn't written on the machine. Then after I put it in. I pulled it out. Then he told me to not do that because we have to cancel the transaction because I pulled the card out too fast. He was frustrated because he had to do his job. Hey I tired paying at the pump to avoid the whole thing. The customer service is lacking. Overall experience was terrible and I won't be returning. read more

One of the cashiers here, Das, is INCREDIBLY rude and has awful customer service. I accidentally selected cash back when I didn't mean to and he seemed to get upset when I asked to cancel and said not to push it if I don't want cash back. It was an accident??? I was there to purchase cigarettes for my brother (who is over 21) and he decided to tell me, in a very condescending way, that smoking was bad and I should stop. That is absolutely none of his business and extremely unprofessional. I will be getting in contact with management and will never return here again. read more

I asked the cashier to turn the air on, but I needed more. I went back to ask for more, he shook his head no. I asked why, he just said "broken". I said I was just using it, and he just shook his head again. I waited for my brother to come bring me a gauge because theirs was bad. He then asked a new guy because of a shift change. This is simply put a basic gas station and there is absolutely nothing special about it. I don't know if I would feel comfortable with my wife going here alone at night as there were some shady people wandering around the lot. But really it is a gas station and you are here to get what you are after and get on the road again. read more

We used the Chase ATM inside and 5 minutes later we get a call from our banks fraud protection saying someone tried to pull 400$ from our account. After meeting with the owner, he denied access to view the video and have some excuse that the video is recorded offsite and could not obtain it. He is obviously hiding something and I will be contacting AM/PM corporate. read more

I needed to stop for the restroom last night. The shorter Asian cashier told me to wait 15 minutes outside. In that time, the other younger employee, a taller kid, went to the bathroom and back. I go back in, the Asian guy tells me to get lost and they don't have a bathroom key. I'm not dressed poorly or anything, I work delivering food so I just needed to take a piss. It's raining and he had me wait for nothing and told me to get lost. Worst service I have ever experienced. The kid was much more polite, and at least looked me in the eye. The other guy looked at his phone the whole time. Worst. Service. Ever. read more
