I came here because it was close to a previous errand I just ran and the reviews were decent. However, $120.00 with tip on a gel pedicure. I have never spent that much on a pedicure, not even at the JW Marriott. My feet were rubbed at most 5 minutes and then rubbed with hot stones for 30 seconds. I still have calluses on my heels, there is absolutely no way I had any sort of deluxe pedicure. I could have just went to my local nail salon and got a regular pedicure with gel for half the price and it would have been more "Deluxe" than whatever I just got. Never again! read more

I got my nails done here last night. In the women's defense that did my nails she was probably very tired because she did an awful job. She didnt buff or shape the acrylic properly so my nails have dents in them and in addition I asked her to put rhinestones on my nail which she did but she placed them crooked. Then she dragged the rhinestone on my already painted nail to straighten it however left the drag mark. I was charged 110.00 I did padicures for me and my sister and a full set for me and mani for her. What was most upsetting is the fact that the nail tech saw how bad my nails looked and did nothing to fix them and still charged me full price. I won't be coming here and I think the salon should do a better job focusing on customer experience. read more

Best nail salon I've experienced since moving to the area nearly 3 years ago. Relaxing atmosphere, soft calming music and they offer you free beverages. The place is well maintained and clean they use liners for the spa bowls too. While I do have favorite technician each employee I encountered provides great service. Unfortunately I can't recall the name of artist who did my set and pedicure (she did tell me, it's my fault for not being initially attentive)so I'm going to refer to her as Ms. Arizona as she just recently relocated to Florida. I love, LOVED her and her passion. Ms. Arizona was very professional and helpful when it came to helping me decide on nail and pedicure options. During my visit I also observed several long term clients come in. The nature of the relationships were very personable which was awesome to see. I love a good pedicure.. As a matter of fact, it's become a monthly routine for me. I've been to a number of these nail spas, they all come with some pros and cons and Amour is no exception. Lets start with the pros first. Pros: Great massage chairs. Comfortable modern and clean. Love that they use a bag for the foot spa. It's a nice touch, germaphobes will appreciate this. The place looks inviting, spacious. Competitive prices. Cons: Really just one thing. But an important one nonetheless... The Pedicures. I've gotten enough of these to know what a good one looks like. My Pedi here was about a 6.5 out of ten. The cut was very choppy and almost felt rushed. There are far better options out there. read more

Read the Goods and the Bads to see why: Goods: - Got 3 of us in quickly - Massage Chair action while feet were soaking was on point...did a great kneading job on my back - tools came out of a sterile package - they offer OPI Infinite Shine polish ($5 up charge, however) - you get a choice of wine, tea, water or soda as a refreshment Bads: - the smell of chemicals is very strong in the shop...needs better ventilation - they do very little to the point I can't call what we got was a real pedicure: ~ they scrub your foot lightly with the pumice stone not paying attention to rough areas ~ they cut your nails and do a quick file ~ they dry your feet and do a half a** massage on your feet and calves ~ they immediately start painting nails without buffing the nail beds to get rid of the old cuticle line and smoothness ~ they paint your toenail starting at the old cuticle line so it already looks like your nail has grown out and you need a touch up ~ the nail tech had an attitude and never looked at me again when I asked her to start over and buff my nails because I like a smooth finish ~ the buffing was half a** ~ she never got rid of the old cuticle line and still polished starting with the old cuticle line ~ only a thin layer of color was applied ~ only a thin layer of shiny top coat was applied ~ I could've done a much better job at home ~ I walked out looking like I needed my nails re polished I'm extremely picky because I can do my own nails well. Hubby lstanks said I do a much better job than what they did. Yes, I pay for the luxury of someone else doing my nails, but I expect it to be better than what I can do or at least on the same level if I'm paying for it. read more

I really liked that after picking out my gel color, Ana explained that this was a sparkly gel powder that would be a little thicker and grittier than usual gel polish. I made a last minute appointment for a dip mani and gel pedi. Although after I checked in I waited about 30-45 minutes for my services to begin the staff that are employed there are really nice and take pride in their work. For a $40 pedicure I was offered various scents. The papaya and cucumber scent is vibrant and citrusy! The scent selection has a scrub, a lotion and they also add the scent to the water. Mike is the person that was assigned to me. He has a great personality, gave me tips on my upcoming first trip to Las Vegas and he is very knowledgeable about the services he provides. I definitely will schedule my appointments with him! If I had more time I would also schedule an appointment for my lashes too. Bottom line, great place, be sure to schedule ahead. read more

My friend went with me to get our nails done.. we left in complete shock. She showed one of the lady's the first image which is the set she wanted But instead they ended up messing up her nails ( which you can see in the second picture)this is an awful job. I believe the ladies need more training. We had to go to a different salon to fix it. As you can see in the last picture. They did a HORRIBLE job. Not worth your money. I have never written a review in my life but with this place I had to. I went to do a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I left a $10 tip and if I could take back my $65 I 100% would. I will NEVER go to this place EVER again and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, if anything I will tell them to avoid this place at all costs! After I went to this nail salon I realized my fingernails got extremely sensitive. My nails are naturally strong and do not bend but after I got my nails done at this salon my nails are so fragile and bend from merely touching my hair! And now for the worst part of this whole thing. My toenails have been DETACHED FROM MY SKIN! Both my toenails are completely off my skin in my nail! Like WHAT THE ACTUAL SHIT!!! I have done my nails for over 15 years and I have NEVER in my life had this happen to me because I take extremely good care of my finger and toe nails. Now I have to go to a nail specialist to see what they will do. Either prescribe me a medication or remove my toenail because it is basically off at this point. I am absolutely horrified at the fact that the salon worker detached my toenails from my skin. I did not even know that was possible. If I could rate this place -5 I would. In the picture I have attached the white parts of my toenails is the parts that are detached from my skin which is why the nail is white. This is absolutely ridiculous! read more

This nail salon was empty when I went on Thursday, so I was in and out fairly quick! I did a gel manicure (no acrylics) and it cost $30, so the price wasn't too bad. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the selection of gel nail polish wasn't the best. Yes there were a lot of colors, but they seemed to be randomly swatched? So it was hard to compare similar colors to see which was better when they are on different panels. I also asked the nail techs if they had any colors close to the ones I had in mind (plum, dark nude pink, tan). They said they didn't, so I went with a red color. The swatch of the red looked darker than it actually came out to be. It's still a very nice red, but it's not exactly the "fall" color I had in mind when I went to the salon. But overall, I had a relaxing experience. Everyone was very nice. I just wished they had more of a selection with gel colors. read more

I work at Grille 54, the restaurant right next to it so I come in here a hour or so before work most of the time. They ALWAYS do an amazing job, my nails last the longest they ever had. Plus the shop is just so cute and Pairs themed. The lady's are all very friendly and chat with you the whole time. I love coming here. Everything also come out of a bag and is thrown away. They don't use the same stone on everyone's foot which is nice. read more

This was my first time at this nail salon and I was in no way impressed. I went in for SNS and I still have color from my last service on my nails. My nail tech was rough and cut me with his tools several times. My nails are not shaped properly and I was rushed out of the chair before my nails were even dry. I went to this place for a couple months after they opened. Very clean, I would always have Donna do my nails since she does a great job. I happened to go there one day when Donna was off, and her sister, the owner convinced me to stay and have someone else do my nails. Not only were they both extremely rude to me, but the owner pretty much told me that Donna "misinformed me" about the process of their powder gel nail system (SNS, which I had been getting) and talked down Donna's skills as nail tech and blamed it on her "lack of understanding English". I couldn't believe she would treat an employee (or her own sister!!) that way behind her back and I would never recommend them nor will I ever go back. I hope Donna finds a salon that treats her better. read more
