When I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted. Which-- isn't the case in other nail salons. The music was relaxing. There are live plants growing. The technicians all had a very kindly and upbeat personality. I immediately felt at ease. Instead of the typical waiting period, I was seated by a nail technician right away. I said I wanted to have the gel polish removed and have a standard manicure. She wasn't pushy in trying to upset me (which has happened at other places). She took the PROPER steps involved in removing the gel from my nails by wrapping the nail. Other places have ruined my nails, leaving a paper thin carcass behind, by only using the sanding/grinding machine. I was so grateful for her thorough and gentle removal!
