I have never been satisfied with great clips and didn't think Any of their employees knew what they were doing with a comb and pair of scissors. Until i stumbled upon this very location while on summer vacation. I am so very pleased with my entire experience beginning - end. Every stylist in there fall nothing short of amazing. Bryce was the one who ended up cutting my hair and he absolutely rocked it!! He gave me exactly what i wanted and made sure that the communication was clear on what i was getting. Although i was only acquainted with Bryce for a short 15 minutes, his ability to make people feel comfortable and confident will be something i remember for the rest of my life. I got my haircut this June. I have a mix of curly and wavy hair, so it's quite hard to cut properly. I've been to multiple salons and it can be difficult to get a haircut that is even, fits my face, and is easy to maintain. I got my hair cut with Jasmine and she was absolutely amazing! I showed her an image of my proposed hairstyle and explained what I am looking for in my haircut. From the beginning she was super thorough, asking clarifying questions to make sure I got the style I wanted. She was super friendly and does a great job of connecting with customers. She made sure I was confident and comfortable with my hair multiple times throughout the appointment and ensured that my hair got the products and cutting style it needed. TERRIBLE!!!! NEVER GO THERE! with my hair you should wet my hair but didnt she said that it didnt need it be wet. And it wasnt parted in my part or the middle. And she didnt even take her time it took her 10 minutes usually when you cut my hair it takes an hour because my hair is really thick and naturally red. Also she didnt put in sections she didnt part it.. nothing!! You know when you get your hair cut and they cut infront of your fingers she cut behind her fingers.. She touched a dirty mop and it was wet then she didnt even wash her hands and there was gook like dirtyness on her hands and she ran her fingers through my hair with some gel stuff and it was dirty.. it left my hair greasy and frizzy and very uneven.. then i asked her to thin it and she only thinned the sides it looks terrible!!!! read more

I was/am so unhappy. All I asked for was to take off a few inches in a blunt cut - and then give me side cut bangs...and a touch of layers. I wasted time and money. Took 2 inches off. Not blunt. Kinda took scissors and cut a hunk off "to create side bangs", but no proper part. No wash. No style. No tips for the future styles. She couldn't get me out of that chair fast enough to get another customer going. Maybe less than 10 mins spent on me. This place is great! They seemed really busy, but the staff were all super friendly and helpful with getting me in without an appointment--I only had to wait like 10min. Jillian did a fantastic job on my hair. It was SO dead and places that were burned off (long story), and she made sure I got exactly what I wanted while offering ways to make it look better. I hate the hair cut my pastor got, he was ripped off for the cut he got. The 60 year old who gave him his hair cut did him dirty, she cut his hair to a military cut and the lady who cut his hair smelled like tabasco. As a fellow worker, the manager should be fired because the if they can't higher the right people who don't give bad haircuts. read more

I wanted a trim and she cut about four inches off, I asked for long bangs and again she cut way to short & too deep into my hairline. So now I look like I have a mullet. My husband got his hair cut here recently and we were not satisfied. The hair dresser rushed him through since they were a little busy and it shows. The cut is uneven with several long patches that got missed. I know you can't expect a salon quality haircut for $13, but we have both had our fair share of cheap hair cuts and this was the worst. read more

I've had a few bad haircuts before, but this one had to be one of the worst. The stylist didn't listen when I described the cut I wanted and then kept arguing with me every time I asked her to change something so it looked like what I'd originally asked for. She cut one sideburn almost completely off and left the other one long, trimmed over one ear but not over the other, completely neglected to thin the hair, and left a bunch of long "straggler" hairs. As the haircut progressed, I could see her getting more and more taciturn so I decided to just say the cut looked fine and get out of there before she could do any more damage. Great Clips might be cheap, but what you don't pay upfront in cash, you'll pay by living with an ugly haircut. read more

On vacation in the area so my wife and stopped in this Great Clips, big MISTAKE. The woman cutting my wife's hair took about 3 minutes to get the next person in her chair. Not close to the simple cut my wife wanted. My woman was worse. Told her a good clean up around the ears, NOT DONE, take off some length and thin out my hair. When she finished It is short in spots long in others, thin in spots and thick in spots. Very disappointed. Good luck if you go here. read more

I came in for a hair cut yesterday morning and ended up getting a haircut from a lady who said she had only been there for 5 days. I didn't know that until she had already started cutting. I asked for my hair to be washed and she said I didn't need it and that she would just spray it with a water bottle. I asked for a specific cut and even included a picture. I did not get anything close to the cut I had asked for. I asked for a long bob haircut, amd ended up with super short hair. The back is short enough to be spiked! :( I also asked for her to please style it and agreed to pay the extra amount for it. She audibly sighed then finally agreed to style it. She asked what I wanted her to do. I asked her to please straighten it. Only to find out they didn't have a working flat iron in the salon. She blow dried it and brushed it. I got charged $17 extra for it to be blow dried and brushed. My experience there was awful and I will never be going back! read more
