Margherita Pizza
Maor R.

Perfect pizza. Everything you need is right. The crust is thin and nicely toasted but still soft where it counts. Excellent cheese quality. Top notch sauce & I'm picky af. I got the Margarita & that's how I usually start with new pizza places. Top notch. Looking forward to having again.

Bought on a food truck. Not large but tastes good. Like the texture and sauce. Price is higher than regular store.

This is one of the best pizza that I have ate in MIAMI. It is a foodtruck originally located in Brickell and now in North MIAMI. They change their location each Friday (Tropical Park) and Monday (Kendall Soccer Park). We have been there 3 or 4 times and every visit beats the other. The pizza dough is a real Napoletana one, the mozzarella is amazing and they have one pizza just with Basil and Marinara sauce (no cheese) that is really good. My son (he is chef) says that this is the original pizza. My favorite is the Tartufata (I'm a truffle fan) and we also ordered the spicy salami pizza. We finish with a Nutella pizza or course. The place is nice with little tables around the foodtruck. You can go with your partner or family with kids. Pablito (the owner and chef) is very nice, he likes to delight the clients and accepts any change and/or recommendations. This is the type of business that I personally like to support and spread the news about it. Prices are average or below the market and the ratio quality/price is very high. After I was there, it is very difficult for me go to other place for pizza.

We got lucky and the hostess actually seated us almost right away. The staff is amazing and friendly. Usually on big holidays restaurants in Miami are short staffed and service always suffers. Osteria's energy was warm and beyond welcoming. We ordered the calamari again and it was wonderfully crispy. For our Entrees we had the steak with a side of asparagus and pappardelle ossobuco. Steak was perfectly seasoned. The veal pasta sauce was out of this world. Honestly I think stopping by Osteria might be our Christmas Eve tradition from now on. I couldn't have had a better Christmas Eve with my family.

Unfortunately, the illusion fades rather quickly. The first sign of trouble arrives with the server sporting a rather impressive lip piercing, followed closely by a colleague whose diamond nose stud could probably be seen from space. Not exactly the ambiance one expects when aiming for "elegant." Despite the abundance of servers floating around the dining room, none seem to notice when your knife dramatically dives off the table and lands on the floor -- where it enjoys a long, lonely stay. Water service is also quite innovative: they simply leave the entire bottle at the table, which seems less about generosity and more about avoiding the inconvenience of returning to refill your glass. The food? Sadly just as uninspired. From the octopus to the $68 Milanese, every dish managed the impressive feat of being completely flavorless. The Milanese arrived with a beautiful crust, which raised hopes... until you realized there was no sauce, no garnish, and nothing to rescue what turned out to be a remarkably bland plate. Meanwhile, the staff appears deeply committed to minimizing effort -- though not shy about judging you directly when the tip doesn't meet their expectations. All in all, this place feels like fine dining in costume. Perhaps a return to the basics of hospitality and service would be a good start... followed by a serious conversation with whoever is currently in the kitchen. Good luck to anyone brave enough to give it a try.

We ordered the Valentina and King Bee cocktails to start and they came out delicious! Highly recommend. For entrees we ordered the fettuccine bolognese and the short rib tortellini. We joined the clean plate club with both of these dishes and didn't leave a crumb. For desert we had the espresso martinis tiramisu and once again cleaned the plate. Safe to say the dishwashers were fans of us. The service was impeccable. Food and drinks came out quick, waters were refilled promptly, and our server Alessandro made sure we were taken care of. This is a great date night spot and I would definitely put this place on your radar when in the Brickell area.

We tried the veal meatballs and fried calamari with artichoke. The veal meatballs did not hold together and were mushy. There were two tiny meatballs for $12. The fried calamari was very good but had more artichoke than calamari. Expected more calamari for the price. We don't mind paying for high quality food but they missed the mark with these dishes. Also, the portions were ridiculously tiny for the price you paid. Not a good value and neither dish was memorable. I'm very sorry that I forgot to take pictures of the dishes. On a positive note the service was top notch. Our bartender was professional and friendly.
