One bedroom with very light, low pile carpet had areas stained treated that did not come totally clean, and areas that appeared clean immediately after cleaning have "reappeared" in exactly the same place/size in a matter of a few weeks. This carpet has the "waterproof backing", so perhaps that's a factor? Not sure, But I will go back to steam cleaning for that room after one try with Chem-Dry.

When Mac showed up, he was polite, professional and courteous as the seller was moving out, and we were moving in. He was in the middle.
