Dio I'm updating my review for Bug Runner. I do have to admit when they say "If you see something,…read morecall and we will send someone out asap" it is definitely true. The two times I've called when we've noticed anything (centipedes, carpet beetles, etc) they've been here and not just sprayed, explained the bug and why they're coming in. I've contracted them for deer and ticks as well as mosquitoes during the spring and summer. I'll let you know how that goes. But for now they are definitely worth it, attentiveness is given to the customer, and their support is awesome.

Our living space was compromised!! Not only did Bug Runner schedule us for the next day (Saturday), but they called the same day (Friday) to say they had an unexpected opening!! Mike came and he was great! So professional! So compassionate! So knowledgeable! We were away all day yesterday and there were only 2 dying wasps in our living room! If we had had to wait, our living room would have been swarming with wasps. Thank you Bug Runner! You're the very best!! Ask for Mike.

1 Star - I'd Give Zero If I Could Title: Termites Weren't…read morethe Only Parasites in This Situation I reached out to this exterminator thinking I was hiring someone to handle a termite problem--not to create new ones. He told me outright he couldn't accommodate my work schedule (because apparently having a job is a dealbreaker for him). Okay, inconvenient but manageable. But instead of working with me like, you know, a professional, he decided to go around me and contact my terminally ill, mentally unwell mother in an attempt to pressure her into scheduling the treatment. Let me repeat that: he tried to manipulate my sick mother to get the job booked. Who does that? And when I asked for his business name so I could, at the very least, know who I was dealing with? Radio silence. Flat-out refused. As if he's running a top-secret bug operation that can't be traced back to any legitimate company. Extremely sketchy. I expected pest control. I got manipulation, guilt-tripping, and a mystery man who acts allergic to transparency. Needless to say, I went with another provider--one who doesn't play mind games or use my mom as a bargaining chip. Yelp is here for honest reviews, so here's mine: Do yourself a favor and find someone who respects your time, your family, and basic professional ethics.

They never came on their own, you had to constantly call to get some service. I called up to cancel my service and they talked me into putting it on hold for 2 months. After the 2 months I called and cancelled but they continued to bill me without my knowledge. My wife pays the bills and we never picked up on it for 5 months, paying them every month. During that time no one from Viking came to inspect the traps or contacted me in any way. When I did pick up on their billing practices it cost me over $300 dollars for nothing. When contacted they refused to do anything about it. This is the kind of business they are, their willing to take your money for doing nothing! There are plenty of Pest control companies out there, do yourself a favor and pick one of them. I would not recommend them.

I went spending so much money at stores trying to fix the problem myself and nothing helped. Someone then recommended t.r.l. and I thought I'll try it after everything opens back up. I was so hesitant about it and embarrassed but he said don't be, he was professional and respected my house rules. After the initial consultation I was so amazed by the plan he put into place I had to go with this company. That being said, I know businesses are all doing their best but he went above and beyond even found holes from entries of pest and sealed them, added door sweeps and more. After only a few more visits my problems we're gone, I couldn't believe it, although it's an understatement he did a great job.
